การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ข้าวแต๋นนํ้าแตงโม และประเมินความพึงพอใจของ
กลุ่มข้าวแต๋นนํ้าแตงโม บ้านม่วงทะเล ตำบลแคนดง อำเภอแคนดง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ สมาชิก
ผู้ประกอบการ กลุ่มข้าวแต๋นนํ้าแตงโม บ้านม่วงทะเล ตำบลแคนดง อำเภอแคนดง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และผู้บริโภคใน
จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม และ
การสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และหลักทฤษฎีการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์มาประกอบการออกแบบ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าได้ต้นแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่มีขนาด 7 x 20 x 25 cm วัสดุประเภทกระดาษ สามารถบรรจุข้าวแต๋นขนาด
4.00 x 5.50 cm ได้จำนวน 9 ชิ้น ผลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจากตารางการวิเคราะห์กราฟิก
บนบรรจุภัณฑ์คือแบบที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.52 อยู่ในระดับมาก เพราะเป็นแบบที่สะดวกสบายในการพกพา มีช่องมองให้เห็นตัว
ผลิตภัณฑ์มีตัวหนังสือที่โดดเด่นมีสีที่สื่อถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีความน่าสนใจตรงตามความต้องการของกลุ่มผู้ผลิต
This research aimed to study and develop watermelon juice Khaotaen package using principle
of package product design and to evaluate satisfaction of the people in local production groups at
Muang thale Village, Khaen Dong Sub district, Khaen Dong District, Buriram Province. The population used
in this research consisted of 30 entrepreneur and customers selected by purposive sampling method.
The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. Percentage and Mean were used as statistically
analysis tools. The design package was a paper type with the size of 7x20x25 cm. Each package could
pack up to 9 pieces of 4.00x5.50 cm Khaotaen product. The table of graphic on package analysis was
used to survey the satisfaction data. The result showed that the package no.1 had 3.52 satisfaction mean value which interpret to a high level of satisfaction.
Package no.1 was considered easy to carry, able to
see Khaotaen product through transparent part of
the package, and designed by using proper color
and outstanding letter. In conclusion, the design
of package no.1 meets the people in production
groups’ requirements.
