การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรม
ภาวะผู้นำาทางวิชาการที่พึงประสงค์และที่เป็นอยู่จริงเพื่อ
สร้างรูปแบบและเพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาพฤติกรรม
ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษา
ต่างประเทศ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
มัธยมศึกษา เขต 31
การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้น
ตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำาทางวิชาการที่พึง
ประสงค์ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทาง
วิชาการที่เป็นอยู่จริง ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การสร้างรูปแบบ และ
ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้
ของรูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น
แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
และการใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าความเบี่ยง
เบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทาง
วิชาการที่พึงประสงค์ของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ภาษา
ต่างประเทศ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
มัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 มี 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านหลักสูตรและ
การจัดการเรียนการสอน ประกอบด้วย การจัดทำหลักสูตร
สถานศึกษา มี 8 พฤติกรรม การจัดการเรียนการสอน
มี 10 พฤติกรรม 2) ด้านการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนการสอน
มี 6 พฤติกรรม 3) ด้านการจัดบรรยากาศทางวิชาการมี 11
พฤติกรรม พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการที่เป็นอยู่จริงของ
หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ โรงเรียนใน
สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 โดย
ภาพรวมปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า
อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้าน รูปแบบการพัฒนาพฤติกรรม
ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษา
ต่างประเทศ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
มัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการ
วัตถุประสงค์ พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำที่จำเป็นต้องพัฒนา วิธี
การพัฒนา แผนการพัฒนา กระบวนการพัฒนา มี 4 ขั้น
ดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ
ที่ต้องการพัฒนา ขั้นที่ 2 การเตรียมการพัฒนา ขั้นที่ 3
การพัฒนาพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ ขั้นที่ 4
การประเมินผลการพัฒนา รูปแบบการพัฒนาพฤติกรรม
ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษา
ต่างประเทศ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
มัธยมศึกษา เขต 31 มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้
อยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aimed to study both the desirable
and the actual academic leadership behaviors in
order to create the model and to assess the model
of the development of the academic leadership
behaviors of Heads of Foreign Languages Department
in Schools under the Secondary Educational
Service Area Office 31. The research consisted of
4 procedures: 1) studying the desirable academic
leadership behaviors 2) studying the actual academic
leadership behaviors 3) creating the model and 4)
assess the model’s appropriateness and feasibility
using a questionnaire for collecting data and using
content analysis as well as the calculation of mean
and standard deviation for data analysis
Research findings showed that
1. The 3 aspects of the desirable academic
leadership behaviors of Heads of Foreign
LanguagesDepartmentinSchoolsundertheSecondary
Educational Service Area Office 31 were:1)
Curriculum and learning management which
consisted of 8 behaviors of the creation of school
curricula and 10 behaviors of learning management;
2) 6 behaviors of learning management supervision; 3)
11 behaviors of academic atmosphere management
2. The 3 aspects of the actual academic
leadership behaviors of Heads of Foreign
LanguagesDepartmentinSchoolsundertheSecondary
Educational Service Area Office 31 were practiced
in a high level when considered both in general
and in each particular aspect.
3. The 6 elements of the model of the
development of the academic leadership behaviors
of Heads of Foreign Languages Department in
Schools under the Secondary Educational Service
Area Office 31 were principles, objectives, the
leadership behaviors which needed development,
development methods, development plans and
development procedures which consisted of 4
steps: studying the academic leadership behaviors
which needed development, preparing for the
development, developing the academic leadership
behaviors and assessing the development results.
4. The model of the development of the
academic leadership behaviors of Heads of Foreign
LanguagesDepartmentinSchoolsundertheSecondary
Educational Service Area Office 31 was in a high
level in terms of its appropriateness and feasibility.
