Abstract:
This research report is a systematic literature review about anti-aging health care as a research document aimed at studying the characteristics of anti-aging health care and analyzing the content of studies about anti-aging health care by using a content analysis form that had been examined for content validity by three qualified professionals. The concept of systematic literature review was applied by the matrix method. Data was collected from 71 research articles published from 2007 to 2016.
According to the findings, the most of the sampling that was randomized control trials and descriptive or survey studies (32.39%), followed by quasi-experimental studies/case studies-analytical research (21.13%) and systematic literature reviews (9.86%). The following four anti-aging health care methods are available: 1) behavior modification; 2) treatment or administering synthetic substances into the body; 3) use of alternative medicine/integrative medicine and 4) stem cell therapy. The nursing role in providing anti-aging health care involves the implementation of nursing processes. The purpose is to provide knowledge and self-care behaviors for the service recipients are safe and does not complicate the treatment.
This suggests for this study that health promotion and disease prevention is one way to provide anti-aging from the inside of the cell to the outside of the person and live a healthy life.
