คุณภาพบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQF)

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ บุรีรัมย์ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQF) และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (TQF) จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประเภทของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 และบัณฑิต ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา สถานประกอบการ/ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ผู้ปกครอง และอาจารย์/ผู้บริหาร ของสาขาวิชาการบัญชี จำนวน 234 คน และได้รับกลับคืนมาจำนวน 117 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.00 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบสมมติฐาน ประกอบด้วย t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 20 – 30 ปี และประเภทของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักศึกษา 2) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความ คิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ตามกรอบมาตรฐาน คุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา (TQF) โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้าน ทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและ ความรับผิดชอบ ด้านอัตลักษณ์และเอกลักษณ์ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา และด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ 3) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำแนก ตามเพศ มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ตาม กรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา (TQF) โดยรวมและรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมด้าน ความรู้ ด้านทักษะ ทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ ด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านอัตลักษณ์ และเอกลักษณ์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำแนกตามอายุ มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ตาม กรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา (TQF) รายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และด้านความรู้แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 5) ผู้ตอบ แบบสอบถามจำแนกตามประเภทของบุคลากร มีความ คิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการบัญชี คณะ วิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ตามกรอบ มาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา (TQF) โดยรวมและราย ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และด้านทักษะความ สัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล และความรับผิดชอบแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

This research aimed to study the quality of the graduates in accounting, the faculty of Management Science, Buriram Rajabhat University based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF) and compare opinions about the quality of accounting graduates The faculty of Management Science, Buriram Rajabhat University based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF), categorized by sex, age and type. Data were collected by questionnaire from 234 people selected from the 4th year students, graduates, enterprise/graduates users, parents and teachers/administrators in the program of accounting, of which 117 samples were returned, which represented 50.00 percent of the sample. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of descriptive statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation and test hypotheses including t-test and F-test. The findings revealed that: 1) Most respondents were female students, aged 20-30 years. 2) Respondents' opinions on the quality of accounting graduates the faculty of Management Science, Buriram Rajabhat University based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF) in overall and individual aspect was at a high level in respect order of moral , interpersonal skills and responsibility, the identity and uniqueness, knowledge, intellectual skills ,numerical analysis skills, and communication and information technologies. 3) Opinions of respondents by sex about the quality of accounting graduates from the faculty of Management Science, Buriram Rajabhat University based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF) in overall and individual aspect were not different in respect order of moral aspects of knowledge, intellectual skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, numerical analysis skills, communication and information technologies and the identity and uniqueness. 4) Opinions respondents by age about the quality of accounting graduates from the faculty of Management Science, Buriram Rajabhat University, according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF), varied on the aspect of morality and knowledge at a significant statistical level of 05. 5) Views about the quality of accounting graduates of respondents by type of personnel from the faculty of Management Science, Buriram Rajabhat University, according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF) in overall and individual aspect, varied on the moral aspects, and interpersonal skills and responsibility at a significant statistical level of 05.
