การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนนักศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีใน
กลุ่มวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในภาคตะวันออก
เฉียงเหนือจำนวน 370 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage Random) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามใน
ด้านเนื้อหาวิชา ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อ/อุปกรณ์ และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ที่มีสาระครอบคลุมเกี่ยว
กับการจัดการเรียนการสอนบนเว็บ การจัดการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ระบบพี่เลี้ยงและกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ความคิดเห็นของ
นักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนในภาพรวมมีระดับปฏิบัติการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัญหาในการจัดการ
เรียนการสอนพบว่ามีการจัดกิจกรรมให้ผู้เรียนทำงานร่วมกันน้อย ในห้องเรียนไม่มีกิจกรรมที่ทำให้ผู้เรียนร่วมแสดงความ
คิดเห็น กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนไม่หลากหลาย เน้นการบรรยาย สื่อที่ใช้ในการศึกษาด้วยตนเองยังมีน้อย อีกทั้งการวัด
และประเมินผลยังคงเน้นที่การสอบจากแบบทดสอบมากกว่าการวัดผลด้านอื่น ๆ
The purpose of this research was
to examine the situation and problems of the
instructional management faced by undergraduate
students in computer programs from the universities
in the Northeast of Thailand. The sample consisted
of 370 participants: students in computer programs
from the universities in the Northeast of Thailand.
This sample was selected by using multi stage
random technique. The research tool used in the
study was a questionnaire concerning subjects’
content, instructional activities, medias / equipments,
measurement and evaluation included web based
instruction, cooperative learning, mentoring, and
critical thinking enhancing activities. The statistics
employed in data analysis included frequency,
percentage, and standard deviation. The results
from the research could be summarized as follows:
the opinions of the sample on an overall operational
level were at moderate level. The problems of
the instructional management found included the
cooperative learning activities were conducted at
the low level. In the classrooms, there was no
activity for the learners to share their ideas. The
instructional activities were not various: most of
them focused on lectures, and the self-access
learning media provision was low. In addition, the
measurement and evaluation still focused on the
use of paper tests more than other measurement
and evaluation methods.
