การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการประกันคุณภาพ การศึกษาของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม

Abstract

การวิจัยแบบผสมเพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 62 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เชิง ใจความหลักสำหรับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในตัวบ่งชี้งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูล เอกสาร หลักฐานประกัน คุณภาพการศึกษา ความรู้ความเข้าใจ ในตัวบ่งชี้งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการนำผลการประกันคุณภาพการ ศึกษามาใช้พัฒนาหน่วยงาน และปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก ในส่วนการ วิเคราะห์เชิงใจความหลัก พบว่า 1) ปัญหาในการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย บุคลากรขาดความ รู้ความเข้าใจ มีภาระงานประจำมาก การจัดเก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูลยังไม่เป็นระบบ การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรน้อย และ การประชาสัมพันธ์ไม่ทั่วถึง 2) แนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาประกอบด้วย การส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา การพัฒนาระบบการจัดเก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูล การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วม ของบุคลากร การพัฒนาระบบประชาสัมพันธ์ และการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน

This mixed method research aimed to study the condition, problem and the developmental guideline about process of educational quality assurance for Boromarajonnani College of Nursing, Nakhon Phanom. A sample of 62 persons was purposively selected. The data were collected by a questionnaire and focus group. The quantitative data used statistical analysis by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed by thematic analysis. The results revealed that the understanding about keys performance index of educational quality assurance, the personnel participation to manage of educational quality assurance, the data collecting system of educational quality assurance, the understanding about keys performance index of educational quality assurance to improve the agency and the perception about problem and barrier of educational quality assessment in overall were at the high level. The results of the focus group revealed that 1) The problem to manage of educational quality assurance consisted of lack of knowledge and understanding, there are a lot of workload, storage and collection of data is not systematically, people were less involved and publicity not thorough. 2) The developmental guideline about process of educational quality assurance consisted of the promoting of knowledge and understanding about educational quality assurance, developing the system to store and collect data, promoting the involvement of personnel, developing the public relations system and incentives to work.
