dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาวิจัยที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของข้าราชการตำรวจตำบลชุมแสง อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ด้านความสำพันกับเพื่อนร่วมงานและความยุติธรรมของผู้บังคับบัญชา ด้านความคาดหวังต่อองค์กร ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมการจัดกิจกรรมขององค์กร และ ด้านความภาคภูมิใจและการยอมรับในองค์กร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชากร ข้าราชการตำรวชชั้นประทวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรตำบลชุมแสง อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 60 นาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Checklist) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rsting Scale) 5 ระดับ และ แบบปลายเปิด (Open-ended Form) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliablity) เท่ากับ 0.9285 สถิติพื้นฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : 1.ปัจจัยโดยภาพรวมมีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรต่อราชการตำรวจชั้นประทวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรตำบลชุมแสง อำเภอสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงไปหาต่ำ ดังนี้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมขององค์กร ด้านความภาคภูมิใจและการยอมรับในองค์กร ด้านความสำพันกับเพื่อนร่วมงานและความยุติธรรมของผู้บังคับบัญชา ด้านความคาดหวังต่อองค์กร และ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ตามลำดับ 2.ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ต้องการบรรยากาศ ความเป็นกันเองและการบริหารงานที่มีความยุติธรรม โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ รองลงมา คือ ต้องการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพัธภาพ เพื่อให้เกิดจิตสำนึกในการรักองค์กร และต้องการให้ความสำคัญกับการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น ตามลำดับ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of this was to investigate the factors affectingthe organizational commitment of Non-commissioned Police Officers in Chumsaeng Police Station, Satuk District, Buriram Province in 5 aspects : working environment, colleaque relation and superior’s fairnrss, Oeganizational expectation, organizational activities participation, and pride and organizational acceptation. The samples were all 60 of Non-commissioned Police officers. The research instrument used for collecting the data was a 3-part questionnaire, including ckeek list, 5-rating scale, and open-ended form with its Reliability at 0.9285. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The finding were as follows: 1.The factors affecting the organizational commitment of Non-commissioned Police Officers in Chumsaeng Police Station, Satuk District, Buriram Province both as a whole and at each aspech were at “high” levels. The ranking from the highest to the lowest mean scores were organizational activities participation, pride and organizational acceptation, collecting relation and superior’s fairness, organizational expectation, and working environment, repectively, 2.The additional opinions and suggestions with the highest percentages were the atmosphere should friendly and the administration should be fair, transparent, and checkable, followed by the relationship activities for arising awareness to love the organization should be provided, and the importance of the efficient working should be more increased, respectively.	en_US
