dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรม จริยธรรม ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียน สังกัดงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรม คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียน สังกัดงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นครูจำนวน 341 คน ซึ่งได้จากตารางกำหนด ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ของ เครจซี่ และมอร์แกน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.985 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ Independent samples t-test และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว ทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ โดยกำหนดค่าระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับ พฤติกรรมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียน สังกัดงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการครองตน ด้านการครองงาน และด้านการครองคน 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับ พฤติกรรมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียน สังกัดงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับ พฤติกรรมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียน สังกัดงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นคำถามปลายเปิด เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียน สังกัดงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำนวนมากที่สุด ในแต่ละด้านมีดังนี้ ด้านการครองตน ควรประพฤติปฏิบัติตนให้เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี รู้จักคิด เพื่อความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางการศึกษา ด้านการครองงาน ควรแบ่งงานและหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบให้ทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการ ตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละบุคคล และด้านการครองคน ควรมีความยุติธรรมให้ความสำคัญกับทุกๆคน อย่างเท่าเทียมกัน	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were 1) to study the opinions of teacher about moral and ethical behavior of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) to compare the opinions of the teachers about moral and ethical behavior of school administrators under this office, classified by teaching experience and school sizes. The samples were 341 teachers determined by the sample size table of Krejcie and Morgan and stratified random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire with its reliability of 0.985. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by independent samples t-test and one way ANOVA. The paired difference was tested by the method of Scheffe, and the statistical significance was set at the .05 level. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The opinions of teachers about moral and ethical behavior of school administrators under Buriram Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3 were at a high to low , it was found that all aspects were at a high level: self-managing, people-managing, and task-managing respectively. 2. The comparison of the teachers’ opinions about moral and ethical behavior of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by teaching experience was found that it was not different in overall and each aspect. 3. The comparison of the teachers’ opinions about moral and ethical behavior of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by school sizes was found the if was significantly different at the.01 statistical levels in overall and each aspect. 4. The most suggestions and opinions of the teachers about moral and ethical behavior of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 consisted of self-managing: it should be a good example and there should be a reasonable thinking for educational progress; and people-managing: there should be justice and equity to everyone.	en_US
