dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 345 คน แยกเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 25 คน และครู จำนวน 320 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ และการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานห้องสมุดของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต2โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านการบริหาร รองลงมา คือด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านครู ด้านนักเรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่และวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 2 จำแนกตามสภาพตำแหน่ง โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าด้านนักเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ .01 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานบรรณารักษ์ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านอาคารสถานที่ และวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ .01 เมื่อทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ พบว่า ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ 10-20 ปี และมากกว่า 20 ปี มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The objectives of this research were to study and compare opinions of administrators and teachers on school library of the opportunity Expansion Schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. They were classified by their positions and experiences in librarian work. The sample consisted of 345 informants including 25 school administrators and 320 teachers who were selected via stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire . The statistics used for analyzing the obtained data were percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The school library operations of the opportunity expansion school under Buriram Primary Education Sevice Area Office was overall not different. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that all aspects were found at a high level. Moreover, administration was ranked first and followed by information resources, teachers, students ,buildings, and materials, repectively. 2. Having compared opinions of the sample with different position on this issue, on different were found. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that the aspect of student was singnificantly different at the statistical level of .01. 3. Having compared opinions of the sample with different experiences in librarian work on this issue, no differences were found in overall aspect. Upon considering each aspect, it showed that two aspects of buildings and materials were significantly different at the statistical level of .01. Having tested the pairs, it was discovered that the opinions of the sample who had experiences of 10-20 years and more on the aforementioned issue also significantly different at the statistical level of .05.	en_US
