dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา 1) แนวทางการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนต้นแบบเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ 2) ปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการก้าวสู่ความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนต้นแบบเศรษกิจพอเพียงกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 2 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 26 คน นักเรียน จำนวน 10 คนและผู้ปกครองของนักเรียน จำนวน 10 คน ของโรงเรียนบ้านกระสังสามัคคี ตำบลโคกเหล็ก อำเภอห้วยราช จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2559 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. แนวทางการดำเนินงานในโรงเรียนด้านแบบเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนบ้านกระสังสามัคคี พบว่า ด้านบริหารจัดการศึกษา ผู้บริหารต้องมีวิสัยทัศน์ เป็นภาวะผู้นำเปิดโอกาสให้ครูทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน ด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีการบรูณาการหลักสูตรและการสอนกับทุกวิชา ใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในโรงเรียน ด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน มีการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ทีหลากหลายมากมายโดยให้นักเรียนสามารถเรียนรู้ตามความถนัดและความชอบ ของแต่ละชั้นด้านพัฒนาบุคลากรมีการสร้างความตะหนักในเรื่องเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีการส่งไปอบรมและศึกษาดูงานจากแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในจังหวัด 2. ปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการก้าวสู้ความสำเร็จ คือ ผู้บริหารมีภาวะผู้นำ บุคากรทุกคนและทุกฝ่ายมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were to study 1) the operational guidelines of school model on the sufficiency economy philosophy and 2) the factors supporting the success of school model on the sufficiency economy philosophy. Samples were 2 administrators, 26 teachers, 10 students and parents of students, who learned the second semester of 2016 academic year, at Ban Krasungsamakkee School, Khok Lek Sub-district, Huai Rat District, Buriram Province under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 2. Tools used in this study were interview, observation and data analysis. The results revealed that : 1. The operational guidelines of school model on the sufficiency economy philosophy: a case study of Ban Krasungsamakkee School found that: In the aspect of educational administration, administrators must have good vision and leadership to give chances for all teachers to participate in the school administration. In the aspect of curriculum and instruction management, the curriculunm and instruction should be integrated with all subjects by using learning sources in the school. In the aspect of learner development activitie, various learning sources should be provided for students of each class to learn with their proficiency and fondness. In the aspect of personnel development, the school should create awareness on the sufficiency economy philosophy, send relevant persons to have trainings and study trips at learning sources in the province.	en_US
