dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานงบประมาณของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน และศึกษาแนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารงบประมาณ กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนได้จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 486 คนแล้วทำการสุ่มวิธีการแบบชั้นภูมิ ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 148 คน และครู จำนวน 338 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3ลักษณะคือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า มี 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิดมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.9870 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการวิเคราะห์ t-test และ F-test และเมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ.05ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกาและครูโดยรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการบริหารการบัญชี 2)ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูจำแนกตามสภาพตำแหน่งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05เมื่อทดสอบรายคู่พบว่าผู้มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานน้อยกว่า5ปีกับประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปีมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน 3)แนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารงานงบประมาณพบว่า 3.1)สถานศึกษาควรจัดหาคอมพิวเตอร์ในการรายงานข้อมูลทางการเงิน3.2)สถานศึกษาควรมีการจัดทำบัญชีด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ 3.3)สถานศึกษาควรมีการบันทึกข้อมูลสิ่งก่อสร้างในระบบ(B-Obec)และจัดหาผู้ที่รับผิดชอบงานด้านการรายงานข้อมูลผ่านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were to study and compare opinions of school administrators and teachers about problems of using information technology to manage the school budget under Buriram primary educational service area office 2 categorized by position and working experience and to study guidelines for using information technology to manage the school budget. The samples were 486 included 148 schools administrators and 338 teachers selected by stratified random sampling. The instruments used were of questionnaire with 0.9870 of reliability. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the hypotheses were tested by independent samples t - test and F-test. If it was found significant differences, Scheffe' method was used to compare each pair of aspects with the significant differences set at .05 levél. The research results revealed as follows; 1) The opinionsof the school administrators and teachers in overall problems were at a high level.The highest average was Management of accounting, 2) The comparison of schools administrators and teachers categorized by position was shown that there was no difference of each aspect.Classified by work experience of school administrators, the overall and individual aspects were not different.Classified by work experience of teacher, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level.When tested, the pair was found people with less than 5 years of experience and over 10 years of experience have different opinions, and 3) Guidelines for using information technology to manage the school budget were found that;3.1) The school should have provided computers to report financial information.3.2) The school should have accounting with computer and 3.3) The school should have recording of construction data in the B-Obec system and provided those who were responsible for reporting information through information technology.	en_US
