dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริการงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัด บุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครู จำนวน 217 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยล่ะค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคาะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลของการวิจัย 1.สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของครุ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจักการเรียนรู้ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวัดผลการวัดผลประเมินผล ด้านสภาพการทำงาน และด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ 2.เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามวุฒการศึกษา โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 และด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆไม่แตกต่างกัน 3.เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการนิเทศการศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน 4.ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ควรมีการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น รองลงมาคือ ควรมีหารปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้เป็นปัจจุบันและพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ได้มาตรฐาน และควรให้ชุมชนเข้ามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were I) to study teachers' opinions on academic affairs administration of Buriram Non-Formal and Informal Education Center and 2) tocompare opinions of teachers on this issue, classified by their educational levels and work experiences. The sample consisted of 217 teachers who were selected by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and stratified random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire with three parts: checklist, five-rating scale and open-ended questions. Its reliability was 0.89. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using t-test and F-test. Having found the significant differences, the paired differences were tested by using a Scheffe's method. The findings were as follows: 1.According to the sample's opinions, academic affairs administration of Buriram Non- Formal and Informal Education Center was at a high level in overall and each aspect. Moreover, learning management was ranked first at the average highest level and was followed by measurement and evaluation and working conditions while curriculum administration was at the average lowest level. 2. Having compared the sample's opinions on this issue of the teachers with different educational levels, their opinions were significantly different at the statistical level of .01 in overall aspect. Upon considering each aspect, it was discovered that curriculum administration was significantly different at the statistical level of .05. Educational supervision was significantly different at the statistical level of.01 while other aspects were not found different. 3. Having compared the sample's opinions on this issue of the teachers with different work experiences, their opinions were significantly different at the statistical level of .01 in overall aspect. Upon considering each aspect, it was discovered that three aspects of curriculum administration, learning management and educational supervision were significantly different at the statistical level of.01 while other aspects were not found different. 4. The followings were the comments and recommendations raised by the sample: Training workshops on development of school and local curricular should be organized. The curricular should be updated and developed in order to meet the standards. And a community should be invited to participate in developing school curricular.	en_US
