dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ดูแลเด็กและคณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำแนกตามสภาพตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา และรูปแบบการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นโดยศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการ ด้านอาคารสถานที่สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจากชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากรด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 66 คน ครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 40 คน คณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 108 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 214 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และปลายเปิด และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .9857 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดย การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ถ้าพบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยในแต่ละด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจะทำการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่กำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย 1.ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเล็ก และคณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากสูงไปหาต่ำได้แก่ ด้านอาคารสถานที่สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย ด้านบุคลากรและการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชน และด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ 2.การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเล็ก และคณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอบ้านกรวด จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษาและรูปแบบการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3.ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กเล็ก และคณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กได้แสดงความคิดเห็นและให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุดในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ควรมีการจัดส่งบุคลากรครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก เข้ารับการอบรมพัฒนาด้านวิชาการ และการจัดการศึกษา ควรจัดสถานที่ให้บรรยากาศ น่าดูน่าอยู่ น่าเรียนเพื่อเป็นการเสริมสร้างการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ให้มีการจัดทำหลักสูตรปฐมวัยให้มีความสอดคล้องกับชุมชนท้องถิ่นของตนเอง และควรเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนในการจัดการศึกษามากขึ้น	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The states aimed to study and compare the opinions of executives, child teachers and committees on the administration of the child development centers, classified by positions, educational levels, and types of local administrative organizations in four aspects: personnel and management, building, environment and safety academic and extracurricular activites, and participation and community support. The samples consisted of 66 administrators, 40 child care teachers, 108 committees in a total of 214, selected by stratified random sampling tecgnique. the instrument used to collect the data was a 3-part questionnaire: checklist, 5-rating scale and open-ended from with the reliability of 9857. The data were analyzed by percentage,mean, standard deviation, and the hypotheses were tested by t-test and one-way ANOVA. If the differences were found, the scheffe’ method was used with statistical set at .05 level. The findings were found that: 1.The administrators, child care teachers and committees had opinions regarding the states of administration status of the child development centers in overall and each aspect at a high level. The highest mean score was buidding, environment and safety, followed by personnel and management, participation and community support, and the academic and extra curricular activities, respectively. 2.A comparison of the opinions of the administrators, child care teachers and committees on the states of administration of the child deveiopment centers under the local administrative organizations, in ban kruat district, buriram province, classified by positions, educational levels and local administrative types both in overall and each aspect showed statistical significance at .01 level. 3.The administrators, child care teachers and committees of child development centers gave comments and suggestions with the highest percentage in each aspect including the child care teachers should attend the training workshops on academic and management, the buildings and places should be developed in order to increase the pleasant atmosphere for better learning, the curriculum of the early childhood should be adopted according to the needs of local community, and the reshould let the opportunity for the community to participate more in supporting the educational management.	en_US
