dc.description.abstract	การทำวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและค่านิยม 12 ประการ ของผู้เรียนและศึกษาระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับค่านิยม 12 ประการของผู้เรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 62 คน และครู จำนวน372 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.988 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยล่ะ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้สถิติค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทบาทที่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านผู้ประเมิน รองลงมา คือ ด้านผู้ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนและด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านผู้อำนวยความสะดวก 2. ค่านินม 12 ประการของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากโดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านหลักของปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง รองลงมา คือ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านหน้าที่ผลเมืองตามลำดับ 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับค่านิยม 12 ประการของผู้เรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมแล้วรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าบทบาทผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับค่านิยม 12 ประการของผู้เรียนด้านหน้าที่พลเมืองด้านการบวกในระดับสูงมาก มีความสัมพันธ์กับค่านิยม 12 ประการของผู้เรียนด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมทางบวกในระดับสูง และมีความสัมพันธ์กับด้านหลักของปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงทางบวกในระดับสูง	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were to study the role of school Administrators and the 12 core values of students and to study the relationship between the school administrators and the 12 core values of the students in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32. The samples consisted of 66 school administrators and 351 teachers, determined by Krejcie and Morgan’ s table and selected by the simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire created by the researcher. Its reliability was 0.988. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’ s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient used to test the statistical hypothesis. The statistical significance level was set at .05. The findings of this research were as follows: 1.The role of school administrators in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The highest average aspect was the assessor, followed by the supporter, and the facilitators respectively. 2. The 12 core values of students in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The highest average aspect was the principles of the sufficiency economy philosophy, followed by the morality and ethics, and the civil duty respectively. 3. The relationship between the school administrators and the 12 core values of students in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 had the positive relationship at a very high level in overall and each aspect with the significance at the statistical level of .01. When the 12 core values of students in the positive aspect of civil duty high level , had relationship with the 12 core values of students in positive aspect of the morality and ethics at very high level and had relationship with the 12 core values of the students in the positive aspect of self-sufficient economy at a high level	en_US
