dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เขต 32 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยจำแนกตามสภาพตำแหน่ง และ ขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 103 คน และ ครู จำนวน 346 คน รวม 449 คน ซึ่งได้จากตารางกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมีความเชื่อมั่น .965 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจะทำการทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ โดยกำหนดค่าระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ และด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู จำแนกตามสภาพตำแหน่ง โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมทางด้านวิชาการ ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล และการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้านการแนะแนวการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. เปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมทางด้านวิชาการ ไม่แตกต่างกันส่วนด้านอื่นๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุดในด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ คือ ควรมีระเบียบ แนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนงานวิชาการที่ชัดเจน ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ คือ ควรจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และควรจัดหรือทบทวนหลักสูตรทุกปี ด้านการจักกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน คือ ควรจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนให้เป็นไปตามหลักสูตร ด้านการพัฒนาและส่งเสริมทางด้านวิชาการ คือ ครูควรได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ด้านการวักผล ด้านการแนะแนวการศึกษา คือ ควรแนะแนวนักเรียนให้มาก และด้านการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานวิชาการ คือ ติดตามการประเมินงานวิชาการทั้งสองภาคเรียนและควรให้บุคคลภายนอกที่เชี่ยวชาญมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมิน	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The objectives of this research were to 1) study characteristics of academic management according to the opinions of administrators and teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 and 2) to compare characteristics of academic management in the opinions of administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 ; classified by the status position and school size. The sample used in this research was 449 school administrators and 302 teachers, totaling 346 persons, determining sample size using Krejcie and Morgan’s table and multi-stage sampling. The research tool was the set of questionnaire with the 0.965 reliability. The statistic employed to analyze data included frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation, t-test, f-test, when found the difference it will be tested in pairs by the method of Sheffe. The statistically significant difference was at .05 level. The findings were as follows: 1. Characteristics of Academic Management according to the school administrators and teacher’ opinions, as a whole were at the high level. When consider in each aspect, it showed academic planning and academic management were highest level and others were high level. 2. The comparing of academic management according to school administrators and teachers’ opinions classified by the state as a whole and each aspect was no different. 3. The comparing of academic management according to school administrators and teachers’ opinions who work in schools with different sizes as a whole and each aspect was no different. 4. The opinions and suggestion of school administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Office 32 were the highest amount in academic planning aspect should have regulations about academic management clearly. Academic management aspect should have school curriculum and should review the school curriculum every year. Learning and teaching activities aspect should follow the course. The development and academic promoting aspect, teacher should be always developed. The evaluation aspect and student registration should have guideline on measurement. The education guiding aspect should suggest students and academic assessment should pursue and evaluate academic work two terms and should have external experts join the evaluation.	en_US
