dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 4 และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 334 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 15 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครูจำนวน 319 คน ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างแล้วสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.944 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 4 พบว่าภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านสมรรถนะประจำสายงาน รองลงมาคือ ด้านสมรรถนะหลัก ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน จำแนกตามองค์ประกอบ พบว่า ด้านสมรรถนะหลัก องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะจริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ในขณะที่ด้านสมรรถนะประจำสายงาน องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 4 พบว่า ด้านสมรรถนะหลัก มีแนวทางดังนี้ ส่งเสริมให้ครูมีความวิเคราะห์ภารกิจงาน เพื่อวางแผนการแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ ส่งเสริมให้ครูบริการด้วยความยิ้มแย้ม เอาใจใส่ เห็นอกเห็นใจผู้มารับบริการ และขอความร่วมมือในการช่วยเหลือเพื่อนร่วมงานเพื่อสู่เป้าหมายความสำเร็จร่วมกัน ส่วนด้านสมรรถนะประจำสายงาน มีแนวทางดังนี้ ส่งเสริมให้ครูสอดแทรกคุณธรรม จริยธรรมแก่ผู้เรียนในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียน ส่งเสริมให้ครูมีการวิเคราะห์จุดเด่น จุดด้อย อุปสรรคและโอกาสความสำเร็จของการวิจัยเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในชั้นเรียน และส่งเสริมให้ครูประเมินการกำกับดูแลชั้นเรียนและนำผลการประเมินไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนา	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of this research was to study state and guidelines of developing work performance of teachers under Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 4. The sample consisted of 334 informants including 12 school administrators and 319 teacher. They were purposively selected via stratified random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.944. The statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that: 1) The state of developing work performance of teachers under Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 4 was overall found at a high level. Moreover, position performance was ranked first at the highest level, followed by core performance. Having considered each aspect based on component classifications, it showed that core performance, performance component, ethics and morality of teachers were found at the average highest level while position performance and teachers’ leadership were found at an average high level. 2) The following were the guidelines for developing work performance of the teachers under Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 4: Teacher should be supported to analyze working load for setting a plan of solving problems systematically. They should be encouraged to provide good services with sincere smiling. They should also be motivated to work together for the ultimate goal of work accomplishment. For position performance, they should be motivated to teach students a lesson along with ethics and morality instructions. They should be encouraged to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of conducting research for solving classroom problems. Moreover, they should also be motivated to evaluate and supervise classes and bring the evaluation results into practice for class improvement and development.	en_US
