dc.description.abstract	บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู เกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานการจัดการศึกษาวิชาชีพระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 158 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 79 คน และครูจำวน 79 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 15 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ลักษณะได้แก่ การตรวจสอบรายการแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.966 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยล่ะ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test independent) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานการจัดการศึกษาวิชาชีพระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพนว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและเครือข่าย รองลงมาคือด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพของผู้เรียนและด้านการดำเนินงานตามนโยบาย ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานการจัดการศึกษาวิชาชีพระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. แนวทางการบริหารงานการจัดการศึกษาวิชาชีพ ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พบว่า สถานศึกษาควรจัดการสอนวิชาชีพตามบริบทชุมชน ความพร้อมของสถานศึกษาความถนัดของผู้เรียน ปรับโครงสร้างหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับวิชาชีพ จัดการเรียนการสอนให้ผู้เรียนได้ปฏิบัติจริง ประสานความร่วมมือกับภาคีเครือข่าย ในการจัดการศึกษา	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	ABSTRACT The purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinions of administrators and teachers on management of professional education of junior high schools under Buriram Primary EducationalService Area Office 3, classified by the sample, s status. The sample consisted of 158 informants including 79 school administrators and 79 teachers at the educational opportunity expansion schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Moreover, one director of educational promotion section, one supervisor and 26 administrators of educational quality development group of the educational opportunity expansion school were in-depth interviewed. The research instrument was a 3-parts questionnaire including check list, 5-rating scales and open-ended questions with the reliability of 0.966. The statistics used to analyze the obtained data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The content analysis was also conducted. Moreover, the hypothesis was tested by using t-test. The research results revealed that: 1.The sample ,s management of professional education of junior high schools under Buriram Primary EducationalService Area Office 3 was overall found at a high level. Upon consideration each aspect, it showed that participation of communities and networks was ranked at the average highest level and was followed by student quality development and implementation of policy while process of learning management was found at the average lowest Icvel. 2. The sample, s opinions on the aforementioned issue, classified by their status, were not different. 3.The following points of management of professional education of junior high schools under Buriram Primary EducationalService Area Office 3 were recommended and suggested by the samples: the budget should be provided for management of professional education; labor force should be exhibited in order to meet and talk to entrepreneurs; understanding about how to bring school curriculum based on Basic Education Core Curriculum (A.D. 2008) into use for teaching basic occupations should be established; careers should be guided for students; and the management of professional education be reported. 4. Having in-depth interviewed the sample, it revealed that career instructions should be taught in line with the community context, school readiness and students, aptitudes Curriculum should be reconstructed in accordance with students, careers. Students should be given a chance to learn and practice by themselves. And educational management should also be collaborated with partners and networks.	en_US
