dc.description.abstract	จุดมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยนี้คือเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบตัวแปรที่มีผลทำให้เกิดความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและความจำเป็นในการนิเทศภายในอย่างเป็นระบบตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร 265 คนและครู 368 คน ในโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรที่ทำให้เกิดความาตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและความจำเป็นในการนิเทศภายในอย่างเป็นระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้าน "นโยบายและการติดตามส่งเสริมสนับสนุนของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง" และด้าน "กระบวนการนิเทศ" ที่ผู้บริหารและครูมีความคิดเห็นในระดับกลาง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูโดยรวมจะมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดัย .01 แต่ความคิดเห็นของทั้งสองกลุ่มต่อ "การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน" แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับด้าน "แรงจูงใจ" มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อแบ่งตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานพบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้าน "กระบวนการนิเทศ" และด้าน "การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน" มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และด้าน "นโยบายและการติดตามส่งเสริมสนับสนุนของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง" มีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนความคิดเห็นต่อด้าน "บรรยากาศในการนิเทศ" และด้าน "แรงจูงใจ" ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยยังแสดงให้เห็นว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูกลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 10-20 ปี กับกลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 20 ปี และกลุ่มทีมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่ำกว่า 10 ปี กับกลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 20 ปีขึ้นไปมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยกลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานนัอยกว่า จะตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและความจำเป็นในการนิเทศภายในอย่างเป็นระบบมากกว่ากลุ่มที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากกว่า	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The purposes of this research were to examine and compare the elements bringing about the awareness of and the need for systematic internal supervision as perceived by 265 administrators and 368 teachers in schools under the Office of Buriram Provincial Education. The data were gathered and analyzed by the utility of means, standerd deviation, t-test and F-test. The results revealed that the overall surveyed elements brought about the awareness of and the need for systematic internal supervision at the high levels, except for the "policjy and support" and "supervision process" at the moderate levels. Based on the data, there was a significant difference at the .01 level between the admunistrators' and teachers' perception toward all of the surveyed elements. Howere, their perception toward the importance of the "community participating" was significantly different at the .05 level. According to gender, their overall petception was not significantly different, except for the "motivation" which was significantly different at the .01 level. Findings were also compared by work experience and showed no significant difference beween the administrators' and teachers' perception toward the surveyed elements, except for the "supervision process" and "community participating" at the .01 level and fot the "policy and and support" at the .05 level. Nevertheless, there was no significant difference their perception towad the "supervising atmosphere" and "motivation." The results the study indicated that the perception of the adninistrators and teachers with 10-20 and over 20, and with less than 10 and over 20 years of experience was significantly different at the .05 level. The participants with less work experience were more aware of the meed for sysrtematic internal supervision than those with more work experience.	en_US
