dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้นำที่มีผลต่อความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน และ 2) หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้นำกับความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารจัดการโครงการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ประชากร ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ในพื้นที่จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควต้า เป็นคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน หมู่บ้านละ 9 – 15 คน แบ่งตาม ชาติพันธุ์ละ 3 หมู่บ้าน รวม 9 หมู่บ้าน รวมจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบทดสอบและแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าสถิติ t-test Independent วิเคราะห์การแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง (Two-way ANOVA) กรณีพบว่า ตัวแปรที่เปรียบเทียบกันแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผู้วิจัยได้เปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่โดยใช้วิธี F-test ตามวิธีการของ LSD กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ .05 วิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product-Moment Correlation) วิเคราะห์แบบถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Anaysis) กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.5 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะผู้นำกองทุนหมู่บ้านทั้ง 3 ชาติพันธุ์ คุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพและคุณลักษณะทางสังคมมีคุณลักษณะอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. คุณลักษณะผู้นำกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ด้านสถานภาพทั่วไป พบว่า ภาษาพูดที่แตกต่างมีความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารจัดการไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ตำแหน่งในหมู่บ้าน ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง อาชีพ แตกต่างกันมีความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารจัดการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 3. ตัวแปรที่มีผลต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะของผู้นำ คือคุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ คุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพ และคุณลักษณะทางสังคมพบว่าคุณลักษณะย่อย ๆ คือ ความร่วมมือ วิสัยทัศน์ ความเสียสละ ความเข้าใจอารมณ์และความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ความรับผิดชอบ ความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง ความเป็นประชาธิปไตย เป็นคุณลักษณะของผู้นำที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารจัดการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The present study purposed to investigate 1) leadership traits affecting the empowerment administration of the village fund management, and 2) the relations between leadership traits and empowerment administration of the village fund management. The subjects were village fund committees (9 – 15 persons per village). The village were classified to 3 groups according to their races and dialects. Each group included 3 village, and the 126 samples were selectes from those 9 village. Research instrument included a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test independent, two-way ANOVA and Pearson Product-Miment correlation were also employed to analyze the data. The researcher found the follwing results. The knowledge and understanding of leadership traits were in the “high” level, and the personality and society of leadership traits were in “much” level. The positions, experiences and careers of leadership traits had statistical significant difference in the empowerment administration at .05 level. In terms of the relations between the empowerment and the leadership traits, the cooperation, vision, sacrifice, emotion and sympathy, responsibility, self-confidence, dempcratization of leadership traits were significantly affected in the empowerment administration at .05 level.	en_US
