แนวทางการประยุกต์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ และการเพาะพันธุ์ปูม้าของชาวประมงพื้นบ้านจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์

Abstract

การวิจัยแนวทางการประยุกต์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ และ การเพาะพันธุ์ปูม้าของชาวประมงพื้นบ้าน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิง คุณภาพเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในภาคสนามจากประชากร 2 กลุ่ม ในพื้นที่ตำบลแม่รำพึง อำเภอบางสะพาน และตำบลบางสะพาน อำเภอบางสะพานน้อย มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้าน สภาพปัญหา แนวทางการประยุกต์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านฯ จากกลุ่มผู้รู้ กลุ่มผู้ประกอบอาชีพประมงพื้นบ้าน และกลุ่มที่เกี่ยวข้องทั่วไปด้วย การสัมภาษณ์ สังเกตและการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการ แบบอุปนัย (Inactive Analysis) และนำเสนอข้อมูลวิธีพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านการเพาะพันธุ์ปูม้า เป็นการนำแม่ปูม้าไข่นอกกระดองที่จับได้มาเพาะเลี้ยง เพื่อการขยายพันธุ์แล้วปล่อยคืนสู่ ธรรมชาติในทะเล ปัจจุบันชาวประมงพื้นบ้านมีองค์ความรู้จับปูม้ามากขึ้น ด้วยการ ใช้อวน (จม) ขนาดใหญ่ และลอบพับได้ มีปัญหาการเพาะเลี้ยงที่ชาวประมงพื้นบ้าน ยังขาดทักษะความรู้ ปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมป่าชายเลนเสื่อมโทรม ปริมาณนํ้าเค็มในคลอง ไม่พอ และการสร้างท่าเรือนํ้าลึก ปัญหาด้านสังคมและเศรษฐกิจมาจากพฤติกรรมการ บริโภคและราคาสูงทำให้ชาวประมงต้องการปูม้าเพิ่มขึ้น แนวทางการประยุกต์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้าน เพื่อการอนุรักษ์และการเพาะพันธุ์ปูม้าของชาวประมง พื้นบ้าน คือ 1) การศึกษาดูงานหาความรู้เพิ่มเติม ก่อนการดำเนินการ 2) สร้างเครื่องมือการเพาะพันธุ์ ในพื้นที่ 3) การสร้างจิตสำนึกชาวประมงพื้นบ้าน 4) ระดมทุนและสรรหาแหล่งเงินทุนสนับสนุน 5) ระดม แม่พันธุ์ 6) ปล่อยลูกปูม้าที่โตได้ขนาดลงคลองใน ช่วงเวลากลางคืนกรณีที่ฝนไม่ตก 7) เฝ้าระวังด้าน สิ่งแวดล้อมและอาหาร 8) รณรงค์ห้ามจับปูม้าที่ ไม่ได้ขนาด 9) การจัดเวทีชาวบ้านเพื่อติดตามการ ประเมินผล 10) การปรับปรุงและสร้างความยั่งยืน ของการอนุรักษ์

The research on application of Local Wisdom for conserving of Blue Swimming Crabs Culture Processed by Local Fishermen in Prachuapkhirikhan Province was the qualitative research conducted through the field work from two groups in the area of Mae-Ramphueng sub-district, Bangsaphan district, Prachuapkhirikhan Province. The objectives were to study the local Wisdom, problems, and guidelines for applying the local Wisdom. The research instrument was an interview with groups of scholars, local fishermen, traders and the concerned people. The data were collected by interview, observation and group discussions. Qualitative data were analyzed by the induction and presented by descriptive analysis. The research results showed that the local Wisdom of breeding blue swimming crabs is to catch the parent crabs which laid eggs outside shell from the sea and bred in the frame for breeding and released them into the sea. At present, the local fishermen had more body of knowledge of catching blue swimming crabs with large crab nets and crab traps. The problems found were the local fishermen’s lack of the breeding skills and the environmental degradation of mangrove forest, insufficient saltwater in the canals and deep-water harbor construction, and the socio-economic problems caused by consumption behaviors and high cost of blue swimming crabs, for which the fishermen needed more blue swimming crabs. The application of local wisdom for conserving of blue swimming crabs culture processed by local fishermen was as follows : 1) organizing field study to get more knowledge before the operation, 2) Creating instrument for breeding in area, 3) creating awareness among the local fishermen, 4) mobilizing the fund and finding funding agency, 5) Raising and breeding crabs,6) releasing young Crab into the canal during the night in absence of rainfall, 7)monitoring environment and food stuffs, 8) campaigning for not catching the premature crabs, 9) organizing the local fishermen forum to evaluate the conservation, 10) Improving and creating conservation for sustainability.
