Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to create and develop a hypothetical question of
linear structural relations model of the factors that influence the effectiveness of students
helping system in the basic school, and to check the consistency of the assumption of linear
structural relations model of the factors that influence the effectiveness of students helping
system in the basic school and the empirical data. The information used in this research was
gathered from school administrators, teachers and guidance counselors, and570 advisers from
schools which provide the compulsory education from kindergarten to grade 6 and they were
administrated in line with the Primary Education Service Area Office. The samples of this study
consisted of 190 school offices. The instrument used in this study was the questionnaire-based
theories of the researcher. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and
standard deviation. And the linear correlation analysis of factors that influence the effectiveness
of students helping system in the basic school by analyzing the influential factors to ensure the
consistency of the underlying assumptions of the theory that was developed based on empirical
data. The results of this research revealed that:
1. Format of the assumption of linear structural relations model of the factors that
influence the effectiveness of students helping system in the basic school.
The procedures developed on the idea, theory and case studies (Case Study)
consisted of 4 latent variables classified into three, namely the creation of a learning
organization, partnerships with the community, and effectiveness of students helping system and
one was an external variable, namely transformational leadership.
2. The linear structural relations model of the factors that influence the
effectiveness of students helping system in the basic school is consistent with the empirical data
is satisfactory. The chi - square (χ
2) was 55.65 charge degrees of freedom (df) equal to 41, the
probability or level of statistical significance (p-value) of 0.063, chi - square relative (χ
2 / df) is
