การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการโรงพิมพ์ โรงพิมพ์พุทไธสง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการ จัดการโรงพิมพ์ 2) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการโรงพิมพ์ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของ ผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการโรงพิมพ์ โดยระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการโรงพิมพ์ พัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 ร่วมกับฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพิมพ์พุทไธสง จ านวน 15 คนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบที่ได้ประกอบด้วยโมดูลประมวลผล ซึ่งสามารถจัดการข้อมูลการ สั่งผลิตสินค้าตลอดจนควบคุมคลังวัตถุดิบและโมดูลรายงานซึ่งสามารถรายงานผลการประกอบการ ให้ผู้ใช้งานทราบ จากผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบในด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ 1) การ ออกแบบและการจัดรูปแบบโปรแกรมซึ่ง ปรากฏว่าผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.21 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.88 2) ประโยชน์ของโปรแกรมปรากฏว่า ผู้ใช้งานมีความพึง พอใจระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.33 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.90 เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านการใช้งานง่าย ไม่ซับซ้อน มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.50 และค่า เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.81 ค าส าคัญ : ระบบจัดการโรงพิมพ์ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการ

The purpose of this project is for 1) Analysis and design of Information System for Printing Store Management System. 2) To develop the Information System for Printing Store Management System and 3) To evaluate the satisfaction from the user of Information System Printing Store Management System. The Printing Store Management System using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 program in programming with the database Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. The sample of satisfaction from 15 users of Information System Printing Store Management System was calculated by using the statistics average value and standard deviation. The evaluation results of the system is include processing module manages customer’s order data including stock control and reporting module can report profit and loss of the printing store the satisfaction of the users in the system include 1) The design and formatting program satisfaction with the average of 4.21 2) The benefits of the program satisfaction with the average of 4.33. It was found that the users satisfaction levels overall system level is high. When considering each side, it was found that all sides are on a high level as well.
