สภาพชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่งและขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 458 คนโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.996 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าทีแบบแบ่งกลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างในแต่ละด้านจะทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารและครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูของสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการมีระบบทีมร่วมมือร่วมใจ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีภาวะผู้นำร่วมส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาวิชาชีพ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการมีภาวะผู้นำร่วม และด้านการสนับสนุน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกันในขณะเดียวกันผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับสภาพชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1 ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุดในแต่ละด้าน คือ ผู้บริหารควรเป็นแกนนำในการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้และมีการประชุมคณะครู PLC ร่วมกันเพื่อแก้ปัญหาด้านการเรียนการสอนอย่างน้อยสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง ให้บุคลากรในโรงเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกันและครูได้แสดงวิสัยทัศน์ของตนเองเกี่ยวกับแนวทางในการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นในการพัฒนาและแก้ปัญหาร่วมกัน เพื่อเป็นพลังในการพัฒนาในทุก ๆ ด้านควรตั้งคณะกรรมการการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน เพื่อสะท้อนคุณภาพงานของโรงเรียน ควรสนับสนุนงบประมาณในการจัดทำสื่อและมีการระดมทรัพยากรจากชุมชนเพื่อแก้ปัญหาการขาดแคลนงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรจากทางราชการ ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้ครูได้พัฒนาเกี่ยวกับวิชาชีพ ทั้งด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ทำผลงานทางวิชาการเพื่อขอเลื่อนวิทยฐานะ การสร้างนวัตกรรมการสอน และการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องตามลำดับ

The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate state of Teaching Profession Learning Community under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 2) to compare opinion of administrators and teachers towards state of Teaching Profession Learning Community under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by position level and school size . The samples size was determined by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan in which 458 people were selected by usingmulti-stage sampling. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire which divided into 3 sections: checklist, rating scale and open-ended with the reliability level of 0.996. The collected data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D). The hypothesis was tested by using independent t-test and One-way ANOVA. Scheffé's Method of paired comparison was used when the difference in each aspect was found. The results were as follows: 1. Opinion of administrators and teachers toward the state of Teaching Profession Learning Community under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level in overall aspect. The aspect with the highest mean score was having a team work system followed by having collective leadership. The aspect with the lowest mean score was learning and professional development. 2. Comparison of opinion of administrators and teachers concerning the state of Teaching Profession Learning Community under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by position level was not different in overall aspect. When considered in each aspect,it was found that having collective leadership and encouragement were significantly different at the statistical level of .01 while no difference was found in other aspects. However, in terms of the comparison of opinion according to school size, differences were found in overall and each aspect with the statistically significant level of .01. 3. Other comments and suggestions concerning the state of Teaching Profession Learning Community under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which were found at the highest level in each aspect were that administrators should be a leader in creating learning community and organize a meeting with teachers who are responsible for Profession Learning Community (PLC) once a week in order to solve teaching and learning problems. Moreover, school personnel should be involved in determining goals and teachers should have a chance to express their attitude in teaching and learning management in order to be able to develop in every aspect. Internal supervision board in school should be established to assess school’s quality and performance. In addition, budget in teaching aid and media should be promoted and other resource from the community should also be applied in order to solve budget shortage problem. Besides, teaching profession should be encouraged and promoted in terms of learning and teaching activities management, producing academic works for getting higher academic position, creating teaching innovation and conducting classroom action research continuously.
