การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1

Abstract

การวิจัยพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 12)เปรียบเทียบความเข้าใจในคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนระหว่างก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมและ3)ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1/1 จำนวน 27 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 1ปีการศึกษา 2563 โรงเรียนสะแกโพรงอนุสรณ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยการจับสลาก เครื่องมือได้แก่ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคู่มือการใช้หลักสูตร แผนการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม จำนวน10 แผน แบบทดสอบวัดความเข้าใจในคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบปรนัย 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.88 และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ จำนวน 12 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความเป็นมาและหลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระโครงสร้างหลักสูตร การจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม สื่อ/วัสดุการฝึกอบรม การวัดและประเมินผลและมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) นักเรียนมีความเข้าใจในคุณธรรมจริยธรรมหลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

The study, Development of a Training Curriculum for Enhancing Morals and Ethics for Matthayomsuksa 1 Students had purposes to 1) develop a training curriculum for enhancing morals and ethics for Matthayomsuksa 1students, 2) compare students’ understanding of morals and ethics before and after training, and 3) study the students’ satisfaction towards the training course. The samples were 27 Matthayomsuksa 1 students studying in the 1 semester of academic year2020 at Sa-gaepronganusorn School, under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 1. They were recruited by Simple Random, drawing a classroom number. The research instruments were a training curriculum, a curriculum manual, 10 activity plans, multiple choice test for assessing the students’ comprehension of morals and ethics, and a 12-item satisfaction questionnaire. The test comprised 30 items with 4 multiple choices each and the reliability of the tests was 0.88. The collected data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test was applied to test the t value. The research findings were 1) The developed morals and ethics training curriculum included 7 topics: Rationale and Principles, Objectives, Contents, Structures, Training Activities, Media/ Material, Assessment and Evaluation, 2) Students’ comprehension after training was higher than before training at .05 statistical significant level, and 3) the students’ satisfaction as a whole was at a high level.
