ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนังานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 และ2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 357คน ได้มาจากการใช้เกณฑ์การประมาณกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชากรของบุญชม ศรีสะอาดแล้วทำการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมี2 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ และแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.974สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์กับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กัน ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูงมาก (rXY= .885)

The purposes of this research were 1) to study level of visionary leadership of school administrators and internal quality assurance in schools according to school administrators’ and teachers’ opinions under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32; and 2) to investigate relationship between visionary leadership of school administrators and internal quality assurance. The samples consisted of 357school administrators and teachers.They were selected by using group estimation criteria of Boonchom Srisa-ard, and stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which comprised 2 parts : checklist and rating scale form with reliability value of 0.974. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient.The research results revealed that: 1. The visionary leadership of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 were at a very high level. 2. The internal quality assurance in school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32were at a very high level. 3. The relationship between visionary leadership of school administrators and internal quality assurance in school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 in overall aspect was positive at the statistical significant level of .01 with avery high correlation level (rXY = .885).
