การศึกษาการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนตำบลโนนขวาง อำเภอบ้านด่าน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนตำบลโนนขวาง อำเภอบ้านด่าน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ใน 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการลดรายจ่าย ด้านการเพิ่มรายได้ ด้านการประหยัด ด้านการดำรงชีวิต ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากร ธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านความเอื้ออาทร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ใช้ครัวเรือนเป็นหน่วยการสุ่ม โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 316 ครัวเรือน แล้วทำการสุ่มกระจายไปตามหมู่บ้านต่าง ๆ ตามสัดส่วน สำหรับผู้ให้ข้อมูลใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยการเลือกหัวหน้าครัวเรือนเป็นตัวแทนในการตอบแบบ สอบถาม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.9549 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของประชาชนตำบลโนนขวาง อำเภอบ้านด่าน จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการลดรายจ่ายและด้านการเพิ่มรายได้ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากร ธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม รองลงมาคือ ด้านความเอื้ออาทร ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการเพิ่มรายได้ 2. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ที่มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ ต้องการให้ภาครัฐจัดทำแหล่งน้ำเพื่อทำการเกษตรในหน้าแล้ง รองลงมา คือ ต้องการให้ภาครัฐจัดหาทุนสนับสนุนในการประกอบอาชีพเสริม และความคิดเห็น ต้องการให้ภาครัฐส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงสัตว์และปลูกผัก หรือสอนทำปุ๋ยหมัก เพื่อลดรายจ่ายในครัวเรือน มีจำนวนน้อยสุดตามลำดับ

The objective of this study was to study how people living their life according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy in Non Kwang sub-district, Ban Dan district, Buriram province according to the six aspects namely reducing expenses, increasing income, Saving, living, conserving natural resources and environment and generosity. The samples were 316 households selected by using household as a unit of selection and the sample size was determined by using Yamane’s table. Then, the samples were randomly distributed among villages based on the proportion. The respondents were the heads of the household who were purposively selected. The data were collected by using a questionnaire which consisted of three parts: checklist, 5-rating scale and open-ended with the reliability level of 0.9549. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1. Living the life according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of the people in Non Kwang sub-district, Ban Dan district, Buriram province was at a high level in overall aspect. When considering in each aspect, it was found that the aspects of reducing expenses and increasing income were at a moderate level while the others were at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was conserving natural resources and environment followed by generosity. However, the aspect with the lowest mean was increasing income. 2. Other comments and suggestions which received the greatest number was that the people want the Government to support them with the water resources to fulfill their need during Dry season. The second most comment was that they want the Government to provide the budget for supporting additional occupation. The comment with the lowest number was that the people want the Government to educate them about raising animals and planting vegetables or teach them to make the fertilizer because it would help them to reduce their costs of living, respectively.
