ผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาคุณธรรมต่อนิสิตคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ บุรีรัมย์ มหาวิทยาลัยเวสเทิร์น

Abstract

This research were Quasi-Experimental research consisted of the quantitative and qualitative research. The purposes of this research were to study a development of Morality of Nursing student in Western University. The sample used in this research were Nursing student in Western University, aged 18 years and over, being during the months of January-February 2018, and had low scored of Morality (The average score under 52.5) 158 persons were purposive sampling and voluntary, and were assigned by matching score into two groups of seventy eight; experimental group and controlled group. The research tools were Morality test and the Moral developing program. The experimental group received 4days continuous while the controlled group did not. The data collection was divided into three phrases; pre-test, post-test and follow up. The research result shown that the Morality scores of the of Nursing student in Western University who received The morality developing program was higher than the control group in post-test and follow up period at .05 significance level.
