การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 จำนวน 351 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่และมอร์แกนและการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามตรวจสอบรายการและแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้สถิติ Independent Samples t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว One way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน คือ ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเขต 32 โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน คือ ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานน้อยกว่า 10 ปี และตั้งแต่ 10 ปีขึ้นไป ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 32 โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purpose of this research was to study participation in the administration of teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32. The samples in this study were 360 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 derived through Krejcie and Morgan’s sample-size table and then selected using multistage sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with two parts including checklist and rating scale. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.97 The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The statistics used to test hypotheses were Independent Samples t-test and one-way ANOVA The research results were as follows : 1. The opinions of the teachers toward the participation in administration of teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 as a whole were at high level in all aspects. The highest average was at academic work administration aspect followed by general administration, budget administration, whereas the average was at personnel administration aspect. 2. A comparison of the opinions of teachers with different levels of education, graduate and postgraduate, toward the participation of teachers in secondary schools under the secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 as a whole and each aspect was not different. 3. A comparison of the opinions of teachers with different working experience, less than 10 years and more than 10 years, toward the participation in administration of teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 as a whole and each aspect was not different. 4. A comparison of the opinions of teachers classified by the sizes of the school, small, medium, large and extra large, toward the participation in administration of teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 as a whole and in each aspect was different at a statistically significant of .05 level.
