การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาโดยบูรณาการหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาโดยบูรณาการหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง 2) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้และมีประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาโดยบูรณาการหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างแบ่งการดำเนินการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระยะที่ 2 ร่างรูปแบบและประเมินความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้โดยการประชุมกลุ่มสนทนาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระยะที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบความเป็นไปได้จากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 314 คนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาโดยบูรณาการใน 2 องค์ประกอบคือหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3 ห่วง ได้แก่ 1) ความพอประมาณ 2) มีเหตุผล 3) มีภูมิคุ้มกันและ 2 เงื่อนไข ได้แก่ 1) คุณธรรม 2) ความรู้และการบริหารสถานศึกษา 4 งานดังนี้ 1) งานวิชาการ 2) งานบุคคล 3) งานงบประมาณ 4) งานทั่วไป โดยมีความคิดเห็นความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ขององค์ประกอบโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาโดยบูรณาการหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างประเมินความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้และมีประโยชน์โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this research were 1) to create and develop school management model by integrating philosophy of sufficiency economy in primary schools of the lower northeastern region and 2) to evaluate appropriateness, feasibility, and benefit of school management model integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy in primary schools of the lower northeastern region. This study included three phase as follows: Phase 1: Study documents and related research and interview with experts, Phase 2: Draft model and evaluate appropriateness and feasibility by means of focus group from experts, and Phase 3: Check feasibility of school management model from 314 school administrators as samples. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The school management model by integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy consisted of three interrelated components: 1) reasonableness (or wisdom), 2) moderation, and 3) prudence, two essential underlying conditions: 1 ) knowledge and 2) morality, and four duties of school management: 1) academic management, 2) human resource management 3) budget management, and 4) general management, revealing that the opinions of appropriateness and feasibility of components were at a high level in overall and each aspect 2. The school management model by integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy in primary schools of the lower northeastern region was found that appropriateness, feasibility, and benefit were at a high level in overall and each aspect.
