แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหาร โรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา เขตอำเภอ เมืองบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา เขตอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ 2) เปรียบเทียบแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา เขตอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ เละประชากรเป็นผู้บริหารและครูจำนวน 259 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นและมีด่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ l. แนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา เขตอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูโดยรวมและทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหาร โรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา เขตอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายค้นพบว่า ทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. เปรียบเทียบแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการบริหารโรงเรียน เอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา เขตอำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ0.05 4. ปัญหาสำคัญ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างความพอประมาณและด้านการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับควรไตร่ตรองปัญหาอย่างละเอียดและเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงาน ด้านการบริหารงาน โดยใช้เหตุผลในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับควรมีการมอบหมายงานตามความรู้ความสามารถและแบ่งงานให้ตรงกับผู้รับผิดชอบหรือฝ้าย ด้านการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับควรเน้นความถูกต้องและปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของทางโรงเรียนด้านการบริหารงานบนฐานของความรู้ ในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับควรมีการกระตุ้นบุคลากรให้ขยันแสวงหาความรู้ ด้านการบริหารงานที่ตั้งอยู่บนคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับผู้บริหารควรดำรงตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the application of sufficiency economy philosophy in managing private primary schools and 2) to compare the guidelines for the application of sufficiency economy philosophy in managing private primary schools. Data were collected from 259 administrators and teachers. The instrument for collecting the data was the 5- point-rating-scale questionnaire with the reliability of o.88. The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage , mean, standard deviation, t-test, F -test, and Scheffe’ method. The results were as follows: 1. The guidelines for the application of sufficiency economy philosophy in the managing private primary schools, MuangBuriram District based on the opinions of administrators and teachers were at a high level in overall aspects. 2. The comparison study of sufficiency economy philosophy in private primary schoolsclassified by gender was not different in overall aspects. 3. The comparison of the application of sufficiency economy philosophy in managingprivate primary schools, MuangBuriram District of administrators and teachers was statisticallydifferent at the significant level of 0.05. 4. Major problems suggested by the administrators and teachers were moderation and immunity in term of problem consideration in detailed and emphasized on the participation in the workplace. In term of reasonable management, the assignments should be assigned according to knowledge and ability of person or department. For immunity matters, accuracy and compliance with school rules should be focused. In administration knowledge issues, personnel should be encouraged to diligently seek for knowledge. In addition, the management should be based on morality and ethics in the way that the administrators should be maintained with good model.
