สภาพการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 33

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 33 ตาม ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 33 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู จำแนกตามสภาพตำแหน่ง และขนาดของโรงเรียน ในกรอบของเนื้อหา 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการภายในสถานศึกษา ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ด้านการเรียนการสอน ด้านกระบวนกานเรียนรู้ ด้านทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ และด้านความร่วมมือภาครัฐ เอกชนและชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 132 คน และครู จำนวน 340 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .905 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้ค่า Independent Sample t-test และ F-test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจึงทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ในแต่ละด้านตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ กำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือด้านความร่วมมือภาครัฐ เอกชนและชุมชน 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 จำแนกตามสภาพตำแหน่ง โดยรวม และ รายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพดำเนินงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านความร่วมมือภาครัฐ เอกชน และชุมชน ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the state of operation of information technology and communication for education of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 by the school administrators and teachers and 2) to compare the states of operation of information technology and communication for education of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 of school administrators and teachers classified by positions and school sizes in 6 aspects : management in the school, infrastructure, learning and teaching, the learning process, learning resources, public, private and community cooperation The samples consisted of 132 school administrators and 340 teachers, totaling 472, selected from ไว้he population Via the table of Krejcie & Morgan and stratified random sampling. The questionnaire consisted of 40 questions with the reliability at 0.905. The statistics used were frequency , percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were by tested using independent samples t-test and F-test. Having found the differences of pairs, Scheffe’ method was used at the statistical significance of .05 level The research results revealed that : 1) School administrators and teachers had a high level of opinions about the states of operation of information technology and communication for education of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33. The highest mean was learning and teaching and the management of the school, The lowest mean was public, private and community cooperation. 2) Comparing the opinions of school administrators and teachers regarding the states of operation of information technology and communication for education of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 classified by positions in overall and each aspect, the difference was statistically significant at 05 level 3) Comparing the opinions of school administrators and teachers regarding the states of op operation of information Technology and communication for education of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 classified by schwl Aires in overall, this difference was statistically significant at .05 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were significantly different at the. 05 level while the aspect of public, private and community cooperation, was not difference.
