การบริหารการประกันคุณภาพภายในวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 5

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารการประกันคุณภาพภายในวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 5 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่มีต่อการบริหารการประกันคุณภาพภายในวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 5 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร ใช้ประชากรจำนวน 35 คน และครูจำนวน 278 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 313 คน ได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าทีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.การบริหารการประกันคุณภาพภายในวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 5 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพการศึกษา รองลงมาคือ ด้านการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา และด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษา ตามลำดับ 2.การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารการประกันคุณภาพภายในวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 5 จำแนกตามสถานภาพตำแหน่ง โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ลำดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้าน อื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3.การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหารการประกันคุณภาพภายในวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 5 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่ามีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้าน อื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the internal quality assurance administration in lnstitutes of Vocational Education Northeastern Region 5 and 2) to compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the internal quality assurance administration in these institutes, Classified by their positions and work experience. The samples were 35 school administrators and 278 teachers, determined by the sample size table of Krejcie and morgan and selected by multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire Created by the researcher with three parts: checklist, 5-rating scale, and open-ended form. Its reliability was 0.96. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by test, and one way ANOVA, and the difference of the average was treated by the method of Scheffe. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The internal quality assurance administration in Institute of Vocational Education Northeastern Region 5 According to the opinions of school administrators and teachers was at the high level in overall and each aspect. When considering each aspect, it was found that the quality control in education was first ranked, followed by the quality assessment in education, and line quality auditing in education respectively. 2.The Comparison of the opinions of school administration and teacher about the internal quality Assurance administration in the institutes, classified by their positions was significantly different at the .05 statistical levels in overall aspect. When considering each aspect, it was found that the quality auditing in education was significantly different at the. 05 statistical levels while other aspects were not different. 3. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the internal quality Assurance administration in these institutes, classified by their work experience was not different in overall aspect. When considering each aspect, it was found that the quality control in education was significantly different at the. 05 statistical levels while other aspects were not different.
