ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 3 โดยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอน 331 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนและทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นอย่างเป็นสัดส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านจัดให้มีการประเมินคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาของสถานศึกษารองลงมาคือด้านจัดให้มีการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือด้านการจัดระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศ 2) ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายค้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือด้านความรับผิดชอบ รองลงมาคือด้านความสำเร็จของงาน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือด้านลักษณะของงาน 3) การบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the school administrators’ internal quality assurance management based on the teachers’ opinions, 2) to explore the teachers’ job satisfaction, and 3) to examine the relationship between the school administrators’ internal quality assurance management and job satisfaction of teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample was 331 teachers divided according to the job experience and school size. The formula of Krejcie and Morgan was used to calculate sample size. The stratified random sampling method was used for sampling. The questionnaire of the school administrators’ internal quality assurance management based on the teachers’ opinion with reliability of 0.95 and The questionnaire to explore the teachers’ job satisfaction with reliability of 0.92 was used as research instrument. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson' s product moment correlation co-efficient. The results were as follows : 1) The teachers’ opinions about the internal quality assurance management of school administrators was overall at a high level. When each aspect was considered particularly, it revealed that the overall aspects were at a high level, ranking in the order of mean score as providing the internal quality assessment according to the school' s educational standards, followed by providing the development of educational quality continuously, and organizing information and management systems had the lowest mean score. 2) The job satisfaction of teachers was overall at a high level. When each aspect was considered particularly, it revealed that the overall aspects were at a high level, ranking in the order of mean score as the responsibility, followed by the achievement and the kind of job had the lowest mean score. 3) The school administrators 'internal quality assurance management and the job satisfaction of teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 had positive correlation with a statistical significance at .01
