สภาพการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของผู้บริหารการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาพการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต2 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับสภาพการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของผู้บริหารการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการในการทำงาน ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 2,428 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากร โยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และเมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนจำนวน 335 คน แล้วสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือในการใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะคือ เครื่องมือในการใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะเมื่อพบความแตกต่างในแต่ละด้านจะทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเซฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการเป็นแบบอย่าง รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรม ด้านการกำหนดนโยบาย ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม และด้านการนิเทศ ติดตาม ประเมินผลตามลำดับ 2.การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผูสอนเกี่ยวกับสภาพการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนพบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีในสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีในสำคัญทางระดับ .01 3.การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับสภาพการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนพบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีในสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมและด้านการนิเทศ ติดตาม ประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ด้านการเป็นแบบอย่าง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการกำหนดนโยบายไม่แตกต่างกัน 4.ความคิดเห็นข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับสภาพการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 2ของครูผู้สอนจำนวนมากที่สุดในแต่ละด้าน คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนควรให้พระมาสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนเป็นประจำ ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมให้ครูสอดแทรกคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในชีวิตประจำวัน มีขั้นตอนและวิธีการนิเทศ ติดตาม ประเมินผลที่เหมาะสม ตามลำดับ

The objectives of the research were: 1) to study the stadails of monals and ethics promotion in school administrators under Bunn Primary Educational SCTVC TraOffcc 2 nd 2) Buriram Pnmary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by school sizs and working experience. The population of this study were 2, 428 teachers. The samples were determined by Krejcie and Morgan's samplc-size table. The number of the samples was 335 and then the stratified random Sampling was used. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with three parts including rating, and open ended questions. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0. 988. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage and mean deviation. The statistics Used to test hypotheses were-t-test and one –way ANOVA .When the differences in each aaspect were found they were compared by Scheff method. The results of the study were as follows 1. The state of students 'morals and ethics promotion of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Ofice 2 as a whole and in each aspect were at a high level. The aspects with the highest mean scores were being a model, followed by activities, policy, environment, supervision, monitoring and evaluation, respectively. 2. The results of the comparison of teachers 'opinions about Us suite T of students morals and chics promotion of school ulministrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by school size found that as a whole were different with statistical significance at. 01 Eyel, Wh considering High Spect, it was found that all aspects were different with statistical sigTitance at. 01 level. 3. The results of the comprion of achers' opiniors about the state of students morals and ethics promotion of school administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by working expenrice found that as a whole were different with statistical significance at. 01 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that environment management, activities and Supervision, monitoring and evaluation were different with statistical significance at. 05 level. The policy was not different 4. The teachers additional comments and suggstions about the state of students morals and ethics promotion of school administrat os under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in each aspect were school administrators should constantly invite monks to teach the morals for students in schools, school administrators must be a good model for students; there should be written dharma board on the trees around school area, school administrators should encourage teachers to intervene ethics and morals in everyday life, and; there should be appropriate Supervision, monitoring and evaluation, respectively
