Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในท้องถิ่นเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหารที่มีต่อสภาพการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในท้องถิ่นเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในท้องถิ่นเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะคือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในท้องถิ่นเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา และระยะที่ 2 แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในท้องถิ่นเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาโดยการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู จำแนกตามสถานภาพ จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 66 คน และครู จำนวน 279 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 345 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และกำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05

This research aims: 1) to study the condition of the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education, 2) to compare the opinions of teachers and administrators towards the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education, and 3) to study the guidelines of the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education. The research instrument employed for data collection was 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The research was conducted in two phases: Phase 1 studying the condition of the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education by analyzing to see its mean and standard deviation, and Phase 2 studying the guidelines of the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education by comparing the opinion levels of the administrators and teachers in terms of school sizes by using t-test and comparing the opinion levels of the administrators and teachers in terms of status positions by using F-test one- way ANOVA and Scheffe method. A p value of 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. The samples of the study were 346 subjects including 66 administrators and 280 teachers by stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education in overall was at a moderate level. 2. The comparison of the opinion of school administrators and teachers towards the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education, classified by the school position, the results revealed that there was no difference in overall and each aspect. 3. The comparison of the opinion of school administrators and teachers towards the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education, classified by the school size, the results showed that there was statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 4. Guidelines for developing the management of community learning resources to improve the quality of education was that there should be the improvement of school administration and management system to serve the operating tasks by integrating with the various environments existing in the community systematically. Also, it can be monitored and reported to the public.
