รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอล่าง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการพัฒนาระบบการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 2) การสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษ ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาคาบูลครูด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพการก่อการร้ายการศึกษาภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนท้ายของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 382 คนโดยทำการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนและการวิจัยเชิงลึก ศูนย์การเรียนรู้การสอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับประถมศึกษาโดยการเลือกรูปแบบพิเศษ 3 โรงเรียนจำนวน 6 คน ระยะที่ 2 สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาครูด้านการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือภาคเหนือตอนล่างเป็นการร่างรูปแบบและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คนและนำไปใช้จริงในสถานศึกษาและระยะเวลา 3 ประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 20 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และลงประชามติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.สภาพการณ์ปัจจุบันและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างพบว่าสภาพปัจจุบันการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์รูปแบบการพัฒนาครูสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนท้ายโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. การสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะและคุณลักษณะ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ 1) การอบรมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2) การนิเทศแบบเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน และ 3) การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง เมื่อนำไปใช้จริง มีผลการประเมินการใช้รูปแบบอยู่ในระดับที่มากที่สุด 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาครูด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้และมีประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current condition and desirable for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English in primary schools, 2) to create and develop the model for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English in primary schools, and 3) to evaluate the model for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English for communication in primary schools. The study included 3 phases : phase 1, was to study the current condition and desirable condition for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English in primary schools in the lower northeastern region. The sample group was 382 teachers which was selected by using multi- stage random sampling method. For getting the data from the school directors and teacher at PEER center school, in- depth interview was used and the sampling group was selected by using purposive sampling which included 6 teachers from 3 schools. Phase 2 was to create and develop the model for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English in primary schools in the lower northeastern region. The feasibility of schools management model was checked by 5 experts and then implemented at schools and phase 3 was to evaluate the model for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English in primary schools in the lower northeastern region by 20 experts. The data were collected by using questionnaires, interview and referendum Then the data were analysed by using percent, mean and standard deviation. The results of study were as follows: 1. The current condition for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English in primary schools in the lower northeastern region was at moderate level and the desirable condition is at the highest level. 2. To create and develop the model for development of teacher competencies in teaching of English in primary schools in the lower northeastern, There were 3 elements for the development model :1) training and workshop, 2) supervision in peer coaching, and 3) learning by oneself It was found that the assessment of the model was in the highest level. 3. The assessment the model for development of teacher competencies in the teaching of English in primary schools in the lower northeastern region revealed that the model was appropriate, possible and useful at the highest level.
