สภาพและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศีกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3.

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ 1) การศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูจำนวน 335 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.992 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2) การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์ใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลและด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านหลักสูตรการนำไปใช้ควรประชุมครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ร่วมกันวางแผนจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและมีการปรับปรุง พัฒนาและจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาทุกปีและต่อเนื่อง ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนควรส่งเสริมให้ครูสอนแบบบูรณาการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ด้านการเทศภายใน จัดรูปแบบการนิเทศภายในอย่างเป็นระบบ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ควรกำหนดนโยบาย วางแผนพัฒนาปรับปรุงระเบียบและแนวทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการวัดผลและประเมินผลให้ชัดเจน โดยให้ครูมีส่วนร่วม ด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาควรมีการจัดทำและดำเนินการตามแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบและประสิทธิภาพ

The purpose of this research was to study conditions and guidelines for development of academic administration of schools under Buriram Educational Service Area Office 3. There were two phases in this research: Phase 1 was to study the conditions of academic administration of schools under Buriram Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples consisted of 335 teachers. The instrument was a questionnaire with reliability of 0.992, and the statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Phase 2 was to study the guidelines for development of academic administration of schools under this office. The samples were selected by a purposive random sampling method. The findings of this research were found that the conditions of academic administration of schools under Buriram Educational Service Office 3 were overall at a high level. Taking each aspect into consideration, it was found that the highest mean scores were the evaluation and assessment and the lowest mean scores were the curriculum and implementation while the guidelines for development of academic administration of schools under this office were as follows: about the aspect of the curriculum and implementation, teachers and school board should have a meeting together to plan for producing, and development the school curriculum every and continuously. in the instructional management teachers should be encouraged in the integrated teaching and process, focusing on learners; in the internal supervision, it should be managed systematically; in the assessment and evaluation, the policy was determined clearly to improve the regulations and the guidelines on the assessment and evaluation with teachers’ participation; and there should be the systematic and efficient management and implementation in the educational quality assurance according to the planning for the educational quality development.
