Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียน การสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารการส่งเสริมการจัดการการเรียนการสอนที่เน้น ผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ และขนาดของโรงเรียนใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการเตรียมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียน การสอน และด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 140 คน และครู จำนวน 341 คน รวม 481 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิอย่างมีสัดส่วน ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .779 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อมีความแตกต่างจึงทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ในแต่ละด้านตามวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ่โดยกำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาการบริหารการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหาร การส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน รายด้านมีการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ยกเว้น ด้านการ เตรียมการเรียนการสอน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหาร การส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญจำแนกเป็นประสบการณ์โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับการบริหาร การส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ จำแนกขนาดของโรงเรียน โดย ภาพรวม และรายด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ยกเว้น ด้านสื่อ การเรียนการสอน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 5. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมอื่นๆ เกี่ยวกับการบริหารการส่งเสริมการจัด การเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ควรจัดหาสื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัยและเทคโนโลยี ในการสอน ควรจัดให้มีวัสดุอุปกรณ์และการสอนอย่างเพียงพอ ควรจัดงบประมาณ สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านการเรียนการสอนอย่างเพียงพอ ควรเน้นการเรียนการสอนด้านทักษะและ ประสบการณ์ให้มากขึ้น ควรสนับสนุนงบประมาณการจัดซื่อสื่อเพื่อการศึกษา และนำเทคโนโลยี มาช่วยสอน และควรมีการวัดผลและประเมินผลที่หลากหลายครอบคลุมในทุกๆ ด้าน

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the management of promoting student-centered instruction approach in schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) to compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers in schools under this Office classified by their position. workexperience, and school sizes with four aspects: the preparation for learning and teaching. The learning and leaching activities. the learning and Teaching media, and the learning assessment and evaluation. There were 481 samples consisting of 140 school administrators and 341 teachers. Selected by proportionally stratified random sampling and determined by the schools’ size. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire with 5-rating scale. Its reliability was 0.779. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage. mean. and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by one way ANOVA, and the significant difference of the average in each aspect was tested by the method ofScheffe’ at the .05 statistical levels. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The results of the management of promoting student-centered instruction approach in schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were overall at the high level. When considering each aspect. it was found that all aspects were at the high level. 2. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the the management of promoting student-centered instruction approach. Classified by their position the found that it was not significantly different in overall aspect while it was significantly different in each aspect at 0.1 statistical level except that the preparation of learning and teaching was significantly different at 0.5 statistical level. 3. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the management of promoting student-centered instruction approach, classified by their work experience was found that it was not significantly different in overall and each aspect. 4. The comparison of the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the Management of promoting student-centered instruction approach, classified by schools’ size Was found that it was significantly different in overall and each aspect while it was significantly Different in each aspect at 0.1 statistical level except that the learning and teaching media were Significantly different at 0.5 statistical level. 5. Other opinions and suggestions of the management of promoting student-centered Instruction approach in were as follows: There should be modem and up to data teaching media and sufficient teaching materials and facilities. There should be sufficient budget for the learning and the teaching activities. Moreover, it should focus on more teaching skills and experiences. There should be the support of the budget for educational media purchase. There should be Technological assistance for teaching, and it should be measured and evaluated in various ways in all aspects.
