การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนจากการทอผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงด้วยเส้นด้ายประดิษฐ์ ของชุมชนบ้านคูบอน ตำบลคูเมือง อำเภอคูเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุน ผลตอบแทน และวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนของการทอผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงด้วยเส้นด้ายประดิษฐ์ลายไข่มดแดงของชุมชนบ้านคูบอน ตําบลคูเมือง อําาเภอคูเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการจากชุมชนบ้านคูบอน จํานวน 31 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การสังเกต และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ต้นทุนจากการทอผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงด้วยเส้นด้ายประดิษฐ์ลายไข่มดแดงของชุมชนบ้านคูบอน พบว่า มีต้นทุนรวมจากการทอผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงด้วยเส้นด้ายประดิษฐ์ลายไข่มดแดงเฉลี่ย/ผืน จํานวน 198.03 บาท ประกอบด้วย วัตถุดิบ จํานวน 166.97 บาท ค่าแรงงาน จํานวน 29.73 บาท และค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิต จํานวน 1.33 บาท และเมื่อพิจารณาต้นทุนรวม/ปี พบว่า ชุมชนบ้านคูบอน มีต้นทุนรวมเฉลี่ย/ปี ทั้งหมดจํานวน 10,904.82 บาท ประกอบด้วย วัตถุดิบ จํานวน 8,012.83 บาท ค่าแรงงาน จํานวน 1,390.54 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิต จํานวน 61.45 บาท และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดําเนินงาน จํานวน 1,440.00 บาท เมื่อพิจารณาต้นทุนรวมจากปริมาณการทอผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงลายไข่มดแดง จํานวน 100 ผืน โดยเฉลี่ย/ผืน/ปี พบว่า มีต้นทุนรวม/ผืน/ปี จํานวน 109.04 บาท ประกอบด้วย วัตถุดิบ จํานวน 80.13 บาท ค่าแรงงาน จํานวน 13.90 บาท ค่าใช้จ่ายในการผลิต จํานวน 0.61 บาท และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดําเนินงาน จํานวน 14.40 บาท 2) ผลตอบแทนจากการทอผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงด้วยเส้นด้ายประดิษฐ์ลายไข่มดแดงของชุนชนบ้านคูบอน มีผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงลายไข่มดแดงที่ทอได้ทั้งหมด จํานวน 1,488 ผืน/ปี มีรายได้จากการขายผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงจากเส้นด้ายประดิษฐ์ลายไข่มดแดง/ผืน จํานวน 420.00 บาท และรายได้เฉลี่ยจากการขาย/ผืน/ปี จํานวน 20,160.00 บาท เมื่อพิจารณารายได้จากการขายจากปริมาณการทอผ้าซิ่นตีนแดงลายไข่มดแดง จํานวน 100 ผืน พบว่า มีรายได้จากการขายโดยเฉลี่ย/ผืน/ปี จํานวน 201.60 บาท 3) การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทน พบว่า ชุมชนบ้านคูบอน ตําบลคูเมือง อําเภอคูเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีต้นทุนรวม/ปี จํานวน 338,049.17 บาท มีผลตอบแทน/ปี จํานวน 637,980.00 บาท คิดเป็นกําไรขั้นต้น จํานวน 344,570.84 บาท มีอัตรากําไรขั้นต้นเท่ากับ 54.01 มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการดําเนินงาน จํานวน 44,640.00 บาท คิดเป็นกําไรสุทธิ จําานวน 299,930.83 บาท และมีอัตรากําไรสุทธิ เท่ากับ 47.01

This research aimed to study cost and return and to analyze the cost and return of producing Sin Teen Daeng Mudmee Silk with ant egged-patterned thread invented of Ban Khu Bon Community, Khu Mueang Subdistrict, Khu Mueang District, Buriram Province. The data were collected from 31 silk weavers. The research instruments used for data collection were questionnaire, observation, and group discussion. The results revealed that: 1) cost of producing Sin Teen Daeng Mudmee Silk with ant egged-patterned thread invented of Ban Khu Bon Community, the total cost per piece was 198.03 baht in average. The cost can be divided into: 166.97 baht for raw materials, 29.73 baht for labor cost, and 1.33 baht for pro-duction cost. Considering the total cost per year, it was found that the average total cost per year was totally 10,904.82 baht divided into: 8,012.83 baht for raw materials, 1,390.54 baht for labor cost, 61.45 baht for production cost, and 1,440 baht for operation cost. When considering the total cost of weaving Sin Teen Daeng Mudmee Silk with ant egged pattern for 100 pieces, it was found that the average total cost per piece per year was 109.04 baht including of 80.13 baht for raw materials, 13.90 baht for labor cost, 0.61 baht for production cost, and 14.40 baht for operation cost; 2) the return of producing Sin Teen Daeng Mudmee Silk with ant egged-patterned thread invented of Ban Khu Bon Community, there were totally 1,488 pieces of silk woven per year. The community earned average income from selling the silk per piece for 20,160 baht and average income of sale per piece per year was 20,160baht. When considering incomes of selling 100 pieces of silk, the findings showed that the aver-age income per piece per year was 201.60 baht; 3) from the cost and return analysis, it was found that Ban Khu Bon Community, Khu Mueang Subdistrict, Khu Mueang District, Buriram Province, had 338,049.17 baht of the total cost per year and 637,980 baht of return per year; thus, the gross profit was 344,570.84 baht or 54.01% of gross profit margin. Also, the expense for operation was 44,640 baht; that is, the net profit was 299,930.83 baht or 47.01% of the net profit margin.
