ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 ตามความ คิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 2 จำนวน 335 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกนและทำการสุ่มแล้วแบบชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.864 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ t - test (Independent Samples) และ One - Way ANOVA เมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ โดยกำหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์เขต 2 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามขนาด ของโรงเรียน พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were 1) to study creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 ; and 2) to compare creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as perceived by teachers which classified by teachers’ experience and school sizes. The samples were 335 teachers from Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. They were determined by using the sample size table of Krejcie and Morgan and stratified random sampling. Research tools for collecting data were sets of rating scale questionnaires and the reliability was 0.864. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t - test. The hypotheses were tested by independent samples t - test and one - way ANOVA. Scheffe' method for pair comparison was also applied to test the statistical significance .05 level. The results of the study were as follows: 1) Creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole and in each aspect was at a high level. 2) Comparison of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as perceived by teachers which classified by teachers’ work experience, as a whole and in each aspect was statistically different at .05 level. 3) Comparison of creative leadership of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as perceived by teachers which classified by school size, as a whole and in each aspect was not different.
