การบริหารจัดการเวลาเรียนและการจัดกิจกรรม ลดเวลาเรียนเพิ่มเวลารู้ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการเวลาเรียนและการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดโรงเรียน ประชากร คือ ครู จำนวน 1,848 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 320 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า และแบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารจัดการเวลาเรียน และการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการเวลาเรียน และการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการเวลาเรียน และการจัดกิจกรรม “ลดเวลาเรียน เพิ่มเวลารู้” ของสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและ รายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this study were to study and compare time management and “Teach Less, Learn More” activity arrangement of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 26, classified by experience and school sizes. The population was 1,848 teachers and the samples were 320 teachers determined by using table of Krejcie and Morgan and selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher, which was divided into 3 parts : check lists, 5 – rating scale, and open-ended questions. Its reliability was 0.99. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by using independent t-test, and One Way ANOVA. Having found the significant differences, the paired differences were tested by using a Scheffe/ method. The findings were as follows: 1. Time management and “Teach Less, Learn More” activity arrangement of schools according to the teachers, opinions was overall and each aspect at a high level. 2. The comparison of time management and “Teach Less, Learn More” activity arrangement of schools according to the teachers, opinions, classified by experience, was not different in overall and each aspect. 3. The comparison of time management and “Teach Less, Learn More” activity arrangement of schools according to the teachers, opinions, classified by school sizes, was different at statistically significant level of .01.
