ผลของการอ่านโดยการวิเคราะห์ประโยค

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลของการ อ่านโดยการวิเคราะห์ประโยคของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษา อังกฤษ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลของการอ่านระหว่างหลังเรียน กับก่อนเรียนการอ่านโดยการวิเคราะห์ประโยคของนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชา ภาษาอังกฤษ หลักสูตรศิลปะคาสตรบัณฑิต (ศศ.บ.) ขั้นปีที่2 ที่เรียนวิชา การอ่านและการตีความ จำนวน 1 หมู่เรียน นักศึกษา 28 คน ได้มาโดยการลุ่มอย่างง่าย รูปแบบของ การวิจัยเป็นการทดลองกลุ่มเดี่ยว มีการสอบก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บทอ่านจำนวน 11 เรื่อง แผนการสอนจำนวน 11 แผน และแบบทดสอบ ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนชนิดเลือกตอบ 5 ตัวเลือกจำนวน 40 ข้อ สถิติที่ใข้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X) และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้ ค่า t-test Dependent Samples ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การ วิเคราะห์ประโยคทำให้นักศึกษามีคะแนนการอ่านหลังเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน และคะแนนการอ่านหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อน เรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the effects of reading through sentence analysis of English Program students and 2) to compare the students’ reading achievement before and after the experiment. The samples of this study were 28 English Program students of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who were studying Reading and Text Interpretation Course and were recruited by Simple Random Sampling. The design of this study was One-Group Pretest Post test Design. The research instruments were 11 reading passages, 11 lesson plans, and 40 items of pretest and post test with 5 multiple choices. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were Mean (X), Standard Deviation (S.D.), and the hypothesis was tested by t-test Dependent Samples. The study revealed that sentence analyzing helped the students improve their reading achievement, that is, their post test scores were higher than the pretest scores with the statistical significant difference at .01 level.
