ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมกับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมและการดำเนินงานประกัน คุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมกับ การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 416 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ เครจซี และมอร์แกน แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถามมี 3 ลักษณะ คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า และ แบบปลายเปิด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.978 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมกับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 33 โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กัน ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูงมาก (rXY = .826)

The purposes of this research were 1) to study level of participation and internal quality assurance in schools according to school administrators’ and teachers’ opinions under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 ; and 2) to investigate relationship between participation and internal quality assurance. The samples consisted of 416 school administrators and teachers which were selected by using a table of Krejcie & Morgan. Stratified random sampling technique was also employed according to school size. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which comprised 3 parts : checklist, rating scale and open ended form with reliability value of 0.978. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that : 1. The opinions of school administrators and teachers under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 on participation were at a high level. 2. The opinions of school administrators and teachers under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 on internal quality assurance in school were at a moderate level. 3. The relationship between participation and internal quality assurance in school under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 in overall aspect was positive at the statistical significant level of .01 with a very high correlation level (rXY = .826).
