ในการจัดทำโครงงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนาระบบบริหารงานซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์ร้านเอ็มคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยผู้พัฒนาได้พัฒนาระบบให้อยู่ในรูปแบบเว็ปแอพพลิเคชัน ซึ่งจะทำให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้ง่ายสะดวกไม่ต้องยุ่งยากในการลงโปรแกรมใด ๆ เพราะเนื่องจากปัจจุบันคอมพิวเตอร์ล้วนแต่มีเว็ปเบราว์เซอร์เป็นพื้นฐานอยู่แล้ว โดยในการพัฒนาระบบผู้พัฒนาได้พัฒนาในส่วนของการแสดงผลโดยใช้ภาษา HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) และส่วนของการทำงานของข้อมูลที่ใช้ติดต่อกับฐานข้อมูลใช้ภาษา PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), MySQL และ Library jQuery ซึ่งผลจากการทดลองนำไปใช้พบว่า ตัวระบบสามารถช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับงานเดิมได้เป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งช่วยให้ประหยัดเวลาในการทำงานของผู้ใช้ และส่งผลต่อการให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
This project is intended to Develop computerized M-Computer management system using HTML and PHP languages together with jQuery library, which will be divided into two parts: 1) the front of the shop and 2) the back of the shop. In the latter part of the shop, the usage rights will be divided into 4 parts: 1) the manager 2) the accountant 3) the chief of the repair staff and 4) computer technician. Each section has different usage patterns to suit each section and in front of the store will be the customer. There will be information of the computer shop to provide information of the store. Customers can track the status of repair equipment through the website.
The result of the project was that the development of computerized management system : case study M-Computer, The system helps to work in the shop faster and more convenient each day and reduce the error caused by the rush of work each day. The system will be stored systematically. Improve performance and improve customer communication with enhanced customer relationships. The satisfaction of 60 customers found that very satisfactory and the results of the system performance survey from the administrator at the highest level.
