ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล และศึกษา แนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ โรงเรียน มัธยมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจำนวน 220 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลรวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 1,320 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วย แบบสอบถามจำนวน 2 ฉบับ ได้แก่ ฉบับที่ 1 แบบสอบถามการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล และ ฉบับที่ 2 แบบสอบถาม การใช้ปัจจัยการบริหารของโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) จากการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ และ การวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง (Path Analysis) และ จัดประชุมสนทนากลุ่มโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงสูงสุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านครู (0.52) รองลงมาคือปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน (0.43) และตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพล ทางอ้อมคือ ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร (0.54) โดยส่งผ่านปัจจัยด้านครู แนวทางการพัฒนาปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านครู ประกอบด้วย สาระการพัฒนา วัตถุประสงค์ วิธีการหรือกิจกรรม และการประเมินผล

The purposes of this research were to study administration factors affecting the administration according to the principles of good governance and study the ways to develop the factors that affected the administration according to the principles of good governance of secondary schools. The research samples were 220 secondary schools in the Northeastern Region. The informants were 1,320 teachers and administrators. Data were collected by two sets of questionnaire and the focus group consisting of 9 scholars. The results revealed that factors which directly and positively affected the administration according to the principles of good governance of secondary schools in the Northeastern Part were teacher and school factors. The results also show that the administrator factors indirectly and positively affected the administration according to the principles of good governance through the path of teacher factor. Ways to develop the school and teacher factors consisted of developing matters, purposes, methods or activities and assessment.
