การพัฒนาต่อยอดและถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น การทำเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาบุรีรัมย์เชิงสร้างสรรค์

Abstract

โครงการวิจัย “การพัฒนาต่อยอดและถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการทำเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาบุรีรัมย์เชิง สร้างสรรค์” เป็นโครงการที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการวัฒนธรรมแห่งชาติ กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำผลการวิจัยที่สัมฤทธิ์ผลแล้วมาส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตให้สามารถแก้ปัญหา และพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ได้ พัฒนากระบวนการผลิตเพื่อต่อยอดและถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นการทำเครื่อง เคลือบดินเผาบุรีรัมย์ให้สามารถผลิตได้จริง และเพื่อบูรณาการการวิจัย การเรียนการสอนและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ กับภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ระหว่างนักวิจัย กลุ่มผู้ผลิต ชุมชนเป้าหมาย และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีเซรามิกส์ โดยนำ ผลของการวิจัย มาถ่ายทอดให้เกิดประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์และสาธารณะ ผลจากการศึกษาวิจัย ทำให้ทราบว่าความรู้และ ภูมิปัญญาในการทำเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาบุรีรัมย์เป็นภูมิปัญญาที่มีคุณค่ายิ่ง หากแต่ในบางรูปแบบอาจยังไม่เหมาะสมกับ ยุคสมัยปัจจุบัน ทั้งด้านรูปทรง สีเคลือบ คุณค่าในการนำไปใช้งาน รวมไปถึงด้านการตลาดหรือการจัดจำหน่าย จึงได้ ดำเนินการพัฒนารูปแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีความหลากหลาย สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในงานต่างๆ และให้คงความเป็น เอกลักษณ์ของเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาบุรีรัมย์อยู่อย่างลงตัว คุณลักษณะพิเศษที่เป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของการสร้างสรรค์ที่โดด เด่นและเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจน ลักษณะรูปแบบของผลงาน ไม่มีขีดจำกัดในด้านรูปร่าง รูปทรง และเทคนิคในการตกแต่ง ผลงาน นักวิจัยสามารถออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์ผลงานได้อย่างหลากหลายตามจินตนาการอย่างเสรีตามวัตถุประสงค์ ที่ต้องการ แต่ยังคงยึดหลักการออกแบบตามแนวคิดและแรงบันดาลใจจากเครื่องเคลือบดินเผาบุรีรัมย์ดั้งเดิมสู่ผลงาน เครื่องเคลือบดินเผาบุรีรัมย์เชิงสร้างสรรค์โดยคำนึงถึงลักษณะการใช้สอยและความงามอย่างเต็มที่ เป็นการสร้างสรรค์ ผลงานของใช้และของประดับตกแต่งรูปแบบใหม่ ที่มีความกลมกลืน มีคุณค่าทางความงามเชิงสุนทรียศาสตร์รวมไปถึง คุณค่าด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอยตรงตามหน้าที่ของแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์

The objectives of the study were to use the successful research’s results to promote the participation of groups of manufacturers to be able to solve the problems and to develop the new pattern products, to develop the production process in order to build on and transfer the local wisdom in Buriram’s pottery making so the products could be really made, and to integrate the research with teaching/learning and exchanging the local wisdom between researchers. groups of manufacturers, target communities, and students from Ceramics Technology program by using the results from the research to disseminate to the public in terms of commercial benefits. The results from the research study showed that the knowledge and wisdom in pottery making is high value. However, some patterns were not suitable for the current time in terms of shapes, glaze colors, and their functions as well as marketing or selling. Therefore, the contemporary product patterns were developed, so the new products can be used and applied in various functions and the products still keep the uniqueness of Buriram’s pottery perfectly. The very special characteristics which were the uniqueness of the outstanding creativity of the product patterns included the free forms, shapes, and techniques in product decorations. The researchers could design and create the products freely in various patterns as they imagined according to the desired purposes but they still used the design concepts and inspiration derived from the Buriram’s pottery to produce contemporary ceramic products by fully considering their benefits and beauty. This was the creation of new patterns of useful articles and ornaments which contained beauty and aesthetic value as well as value in terms of their functions according to each product perfectly.
