การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อพัฒนาการมีวินัยในตนเองสำหรับนักเรียน โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริม และ 2) เพื่อหา ประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อพัฒนาการมีวินัยในตนเอง สำหรับนักเรียนโรงเรียน ประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ วิธีการดำเนินการพัฒนาหลักสูตร เสริมมี 4 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน 2) การสร้าง หลักสูตรเสริม 3) การตรวจสอบประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรเสริมและ 4) การปรับปรุง หลักสูตรเสริมกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 – 6 ในโรงเรียนศูนย์ เครือข่ายโรงเรียนที่ 10 และ 11 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา นครราชสีมา เขต 7 จำนวน 61 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการมีวินัยในตนเอง 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้หลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อพัฒนาการมีวินัยใน ตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบค่าที (t – test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักสูตรเสริมมีองค์ประกอบ หลักสูตร 7 ประการคือ หลักการและเหตุผล แนวคิดพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร เสริม วัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้างหลักสูตรเสริม กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ และการวัดผลประเมินผล ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรเสริมโดยผู้ เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรเสริม เพื่อพัฒนาการมีวินัยในตนเองสำหรับนักเรียนโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก มีดังนี้ นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการมีวินัยในตนเองโดยรวมหลัง การทดลองใช้หลักสูตรเสริมสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองใช้ หลักสูตรเสริม และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการ จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาการมีวินัยในตนเอง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the supplement curriculum and 2) find out the effectiveness of supplement curriculum for developing self-discipline of students in small-size schools in the Northeast. There were 4 steps in developing the curriculum 1) Surveying and analyzing the related literatures, 2) Forming the supplement curriculum 3) Testing the effectiveness of the supplement curriculum and 4) Improving the supplement curriculum. The sample were the students who study in grade 4-6 in the center school network of belong to Nakhonrachasima Primary Education Service Area Office 7 amount 61 persons which was selected by purposively. The instruments used to collect the data were 1) The student’s self-discipline assessment form and 2) The questionnaire on student’s satisfaction on the implementation of supplement curriculum to develop student’s self-discipline. The data were analyzed using statistics mean standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test. The results revealed that 1) The supplement curriculum to develop self-discipline of students in small-size schools consisted of 7 components which were principle and rationale, basic concept to develop the supplement curriculum, objective, the structure of supplement curriculum, the learning activity, The instructional media, and the evaluation and assessment. This supplement curriculum was assessed by the experts to be suitable in the highest level. 2) The effectiveness of supplement curriculum to develop self-discipline of students in small-size schools was following : The student’s self-discipline was higher than that of before the implementation of the supplement curriculum. And the student’s satisfaction on learning activity arrangement to develop self-discipline was in the highest level.
