คติพระพุทธเจ้า 5 พระองค์ในไตรภูมิฉบับหอสมุดแห่งชาติกรุงปารีส

Abstract

บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาคติพระพุทธเจ้า 5 พระองค์ในไตรภูมิฉบับหอสมุดแห่งชาติกรุงปารีสซึ่งเป็นวรรณกรรม ประเภทไตรภูมิของไทยสมัยอยุธยาโดยเปรียบเทียบกับคัมภีร์ต่างๆ ทางพระพุทธศาสนา คือ พระไตรปิฎก คัมภีร์พระอนาคต วงศ์และคัมภีร์พระสาวกนิพพาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คติพระพุทธเจ้า 5 พระองค์ที่ปรากฏในไตรภูมิฉบับนี้มีเนื้อหาร่วมกับ คัมภีร์ทางพระพุทธศาสนาอย่างชัดเจนโดยเฉพาะยุคของพระศรีอาริยเมตไตรย แสดงให้เห็นว่าคติพระพุทธเจ้า 5 พระองค์ ยังคงปรากฏอย่างชัดเจนในวรรณกรรมประเภทไตรภูมิสมัยอยุธยา

This article aims to study the beliefs of five Buddhas in the national library of Paris’s version of Tribhum. It is a Tribhum literature of Ayutthaya period by comparison with Buddhist scriptures which are Tripitaka Anakatavamฺsa and Savakanibbana. This study reveals the belief on five Buddhas in this Tribhum with Buddhist scripture, especially in Phra-sriariyamatriaya period. It shows that the indicate common content with Buddhist scripture clearly appears in Tribhum literature of Ayutthaya period.
