การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางไวยากรณ์ของคำทับศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษในนิตยสารบันเทิงไทย

Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางไวยากรณ์ของคำทับศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษในนิตยสารบันเทิง ไทย โดยใช้ข้อมูลคำทับศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษในนิตยสารบันเทิงไทย 3 ชื่อเรื่อง คือทีวีพูล 6 ฉบับ, กอสซิปสตาร์ 6 ฉบับ และ สไปซี่ 6 ฉบับ รวมเป็น 18 ฉบับ แนวคิดที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แนวคิดหมวดคำในภาษาอังกฤษ 8 หมวด และแนวคิดหมวด คำในภาษาไทย 12 หมวด จากการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางไวยากรณ์ของคำทับศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษในนิตยสาร บันเทิงไทย พบการเปลี่ยนแปลงของหมวดคำทางไวยากรณ์ 2 ลักษณะ คือ คำเดิมในภาษาอังกฤษเป็นคำขยายและคำนาม เมื่อมาเป็นคำทับศัพท์ในนิตยสารบันเทิงไทยจะเปลี่ยนหน้าที่เป็นคำกริยาทั่วไปและคำช่วยกริยา และคำเดิมในภาษาอังกฤษ เดิมทำหน้าที่เป็นคำนาม จะเปลี่ยนมาเป็นคำขยายเมื่อเป็นคำทับศัพท์ในนิตยสารบันเทิงไทย

This article aimed at studying the grammatical changes of English transliterations in Thai entertaining magazines. The data were collected from eighteen issuer of three Thai entertaining magazines: six issuer of TVPool, six issuer of Gossipstar, and six issuer of Spicy. The data were analyzed based on eight English word classes, and twelve Thai word classes. From the study, it was found that there were two grammatical changes of English transliterations in Thai entertaining magazines. The first one was that the English transliterations which were nouns and adjectives in English were used as the general verbs and helping verbs in Thai. Another was that the English transliterations which were nouns in English were used as the modifiers or adjectives in Thai entertaining magazines.
