การสร้างแบบประเมินวินิจฉัยสมรรถนะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ตามแนวคิดการประเมินวินิจฉัยทางปัญญา

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินวินิจฉัย เพื่อวินิจฉัยสมรรถนะ ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และสร้างคู่มือการใช้แบบประเมินวินิจฉัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ปีการ ศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 890 คนใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือคอื แบบประเมินวนิ ิจฉัยสมรรถนะทางวิทยาศาสตร ์ จำนวน 90 ข้อ สร้างจากการสำรวจรูปแบบการตอบด้วยแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดนำมาจัดกลุ่มเพื่อ จำแนกรูปแบบที่ตอบถูกและผิด สร้างเป็นตัวถูกและตัวลวง หลังจากนั้นนำไปทดลอง ใช้จำนวน 2 ครั้ง เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณภาพของข้อสอบกำหนดจุดตัดและวินิจฉัยสมรรถนะ วิทยาศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์อัตราส่วนความตรงตามเนื้อเรื่องของแบบสอบ (Content Validity Ratio : CVR)และคำนวณหาดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อเรื่องของแบบสอบ (Content Validity Index : CVI) ความยาก ค่าอำนาจจำแนกและความเที่ยงใช้การ คำนวณด้วยวิธีการของแบรนแนนและลิวิงสตันตามลำดับผลการวิจัย พบว่า แบบ ประเมินวินิจฉัยสมรรถนะทางวิทยาศาสตร์ มีค่า CVR อยู่ระหว่าง 0.60 - 1.00, CVI = 0.98 ความยากง่าย อยู่ระหว่าง 0.20 - 0.53 ดัชนีจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.22 - 0.68 ความเที่ยงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.88 - 0.89 คะแนนจุดตัดผ่านเกณฑ์ 8 คะแนน ผลการวินิจฉัยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการระบุ ประเด็นทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (Identifying Scientific Issues : ISI), การอธิบายปรากฏการณ์ในเชิง วิทยาศาสตร์ (Explain Phenomena Scientifically : EPS) และการใช้ประจักษ์พยานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (Using Scientific Evidence : USE) เป็น 11.38, 10.75 และ 10.05 จำแนกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม คือ 1) ไม่ บกพร่องร้อยละ 61.79 2) ไม่บกพร่อง ISI แต่ บกพร่อง EPS และ USE ร้อยละ 11.79 3) ไม่ บกพร่องด้าน ISI และ EPS แต่บกพร่อง USE ร้อยละ 15.89 และ 4) บกพร่องทั้ง 3 สมรรถนะร้อยละ 10.51

The purposes of this research were; 1) to develop diagnostic assessment instrument on scientific competencies, 2) to diagnose the scientific competencies for grade 9 thstudents, and 3) to establish the manual of test administration. The eight hundred and ninety students were selected by employing purposive and multistage random sampling technique. The open-end questionnaire was used to survey the patterns of students’ responses for generating the alternatives of test items. The pilot studies were used to examine the test qualities and set cut-off scores. The diagnostic process was done to distinguish students’ scientific competencies. The research findings revealed that the diagnostic test consisted of 90 items. The content validity meets the requirements of content validity index and content validity index at 0.60-1.00 and 0.98 respectively, difficulty index at 0.20-0.53, discrimination power by Brennan’s index at 0.22-0.68, reliability using Livingston’s method at 0.88-0.89, and cut off score to distinguish between competent and non-competent students using Angoff’s method at 8 points. Scientific competencies average scores of ISI, EPS and USE were 11.38, 10.75, and 10.05 respectively. The diagnosis of students’ scientific competencies found that 61.79% students were competent, 11.79% students were competent in ISI but were not in EPS and USE, 15.89% students were competent in ISI and EPS but were not in USE, and 10.51% were not competent in ISI, EPS and USE.
